What Does A non-surgical facelift Involve? What Austin Patients Should Know First

A non-surgical facelift, sometimes called a liquid facelift, is a plan rather than a product. It combines dermal filler to restore volume and structure with a neurotoxin to soften the lines that movement creates.

The idea is that much of what reads as sagging is actually lost volume. Rebuild support in the cheek and along the jaw and the mid face sits differently.

What it will not do is remove skin. If your main concern is loose skin rather than lost volume, injectables will disappoint you and a surgical facelift is the honest answer. Your nurse will say so.

Most hyaluronic acid fillers in the cheeks and jaw last about 12 to 18 months. Neurotoxin runs three to four months. So this is a plan you maintain, not a one-off.

Because it is staged across areas, your nurse will usually suggest doing it over more than one visit rather than everything at once.

YOUR CARE TEAM

Meet Your Austin Non-Surgical Facelift Injector

Your plan is built by Genniel, RN, a Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector at our East 6th Street clinic. She treats Austin patients through the week.

A full-face plan is the treatment where sequencing matters most, because each area changes how the next one reads. Genniel assesses your face as a whole and will recommend treating less than you asked about if that is the right call. A physician backs the clinical team.

TREATMENT AREAS

What Filler Dissolving Treats

A wrinkle relaxer smooths forehead lines and crow's feet so movement looks calm, not frozen.

01

Smile lines and folds

The lines from the nose to the mouth soften when the cheeks above them are supported.

02

Under-eyes

Careful filler in the tear trough softens hollows and shadows so you look rested.

03

Jawline

Support along the jaw sharpens a soft or sagging edge and helps define the lower face.

04

Cheeks

Filler placed high on the cheek restores lift to the mid face. This is the anchor of the whole result and often takes years off on its own.
PRODUCT OPTIONS

Your Liquid Facelift Plan and the Products We Use at InjectCo

A collagen stimulator that builds gradual, natural volume across the mid face over a series of sessions.
JUVEDERM

Smooth, immediate volume

Juvederm is one of the most commonly used hyaluronic acid fillers for patients looking for smooth, natural volume and immediate results, with a gel consistency best suited for areas like the lips and cheeks. Patients searching for Juvederm Austin often want visible results right after treatment, with a finish that blends naturally into the skin.
RESTYLANE

Structure & precision

Restylane offers a slightly different approach within the same category, focusing more on structure and precision. Its formulations allow for more controlled placement, often used for the lines between the nose and mouth, under-eye hollows, and jawline definition. Patients exploring Restylane Austin treatments typically want targeted correction with natural movement.
SCULPTRA

Gradual collagen build

Sculptra stands apart from traditional fillers by working gradually rather than instantly. It is a collagen stimulator that rebuilds volume over time instead of adding it immediately. Patients considering Sculptra Austin treatments are usually looking for subtle, longer-lasting changes that develop over several weeks, ideal for overall facial rejuvenation.
If you are not sure which option suits your goals, your nurse injector walks you through every choice at your consultation, with no pressure to decide on the spot.

GOING FURTHER

Understanding the Liquid Facelift

Most plans use more than one treatment, sequenced rather than stacked into a single visit. Your nurse maps the whole face first so each step supports the next instead of correcting it.

Frequently Asked

Frequently Asked Questions About A Non-Surgical Facelift in Austin

A non-surgical facelift, often called a liquid facelift, uses injections instead of surgery to lift and refresh the face. Filler restores support to the cheeks, jawline, and under-eyes, while a wrinkle relaxer smooths lines on the forehead and around the eyes. It happens in one visit with no cuts and no anesthesia. You leave the same day and skip the long recovery a surgical facelift needs.

A non-surgical facelift is a custom plan, so the cost depends on how many areas you treat and how much product each one needs. At InjectCo MedSpa Austin, filler starts at $699 per syringe and Botox starts at $12 per unit. Most plans combine several filler syringes with a set of relaxer units. Your nurse gives you the full price in writing at your consultation, before anything begins.

A surgical facelift can run many thousands of dollars, plus anesthesia, facility fees, and weeks off work. A liquid facelift is built from filler and a relaxer, so you pay for only the product you need and skip the surgical costs and downtime. At InjectCo MedSpa Austin the plan is custom, from $699 per syringe of filler and $12 per unit of Botox. You get the exact price at your consultation.

It depends entirely on what is causing the change you see. If it is lost volume, a filler-based plan can do a great deal. If it is loose skin, injectables will not tighten it and a surgical facelift will do more. Many patients are somewhere in between, which is why the assessment matters more than the treatment name.

Names like the Austin Natural Lift are branded versions of a filler-based lift, similar in idea to a liquid facelift. A surgical facelift is very different: it cuts and tightens skin under anesthesia and needs weeks of recovery. A liquid facelift uses only injections, has no downtime, and can be adjusted over time. InjectCo keeps it simple and nurse-led, with transparent per-syringe and per-unit pricing.

No, and that is one of the biggest reasons patients choose it. Most people return to normal activity the same day. You may have some swelling or bruising for a few days, which settles on its own. There are no cuts, no stitches, and no anesthesia recovery. Your nurse gives you simple aftercare steps, like avoiding heavy exercise and heat for 24 hours.

It depends on the products used. Most hyaluronic acid fillers in the cheeks and jaw last about 12 to 18 months, while under-eye filler and the wrinkle relaxer last a bit less. If your plan includes Sculptra, that builds collagen for a more gradual, longer result. Your nurse tells you what to expect for each area and when to plan a touch-up.

Injectable treatments are medical procedures and carry risks including bruising, swelling, tenderness, lumps, asymmetry, and less commonly infection or injury to a blood vessel. At InjectCo MedSpa Austin every treatment is placed by Genniel, RN, a licensed registered nurse, under physician oversight, and she reviews the full risk list with you before you consent. Some areas treated in a full-face plan, including the under-eye, are off-label uses of dermal filler. Individual results vary.

A liquid facelift is built to look natural. Filler is placed to keep your movement and expression, and your nurse builds the result in stages so each visit looks natural on its own. The goal is a rested, refreshed look, not maximum volume. If a feature would look overdone, your nurse holds back. You stay in control and can adjust the plan over time.

See If a Non-Surgical Facelift Is Right for You

Important Safety Information

Treatment at InjectCo MedSpa Austin is performed by licensed registered nurses under physician supervision. A non-surgical facelift combines injectable treatments and is not a substitute for surgery.

Tell your provider about all medications and supplements, any autoimmune or neuromuscular condition, and any previous reaction to an injectable. Treatment is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or over active infection in the treatment area.

Results vary between individuals depending on anatomy, product selected and dose. Results build across a treatment plan rather than a single visit, and are not equivalent to surgical lift.
