130+ Google reviews from Waxahachie patients

Jen and Jill are the two nurses who treat patients here. Between them they are named, by name, in more than half the Google reviews this clinic has. You meet one of them at your assessment and the same nurse performs your treatment.

Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Waxahachie. Jill holds a BSN and an RN license and came to aesthetics from pediatric critical care nursing. She is the injector Waxahachie reviewers name most often, for a light hand and very little bruising.

Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector and Vice President, Plano. Jen has more than 13 years in nursing and holds an Aesthetic Medical Certification in botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. She trains other InjectCo injectors.
Every injection at this address is placed by a licensed nurse working under physician-directed clinical protocols, and your nurse gives you their name and title before treatment begins. You can check any Texas nursing license free of charge through the Texas Board of Nursing verification service.

The full list is on our pricing page, and your treatment plan and expected price are reviewed with you before treatment begins.

The clinic sits on Professional Place, a short medical office street off the west side of Brown Street, which is signed FM 813, between Indian Drive and Sumner Lane. Buffalo Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care is next door, New Life Worship Center is across Brown Street, and the QuikTrip sits on the Brown and Indian corner. US-287 runs about half a mile east. This is a medical and professional office pocket, not a retail center, so appointments here are quiet and easy to get in and out of.

“I was so impressed with my experience here. The place is very clean, relaxing, and you feel like you are at a spa. But, the best part is the way you are able to discuss your concerns, without pressure, and find an appropriate treatment. Jill is amazing, and they follow up with you and really care about you.”

Jen, BSN, RN and Jill, BSN, RN. Those are the two registered nurses who treat patients at this clinic, and both are Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injectors. One of them assesses your face, agrees the plan with you, then performs the treatment herself. Dr. Josh Allen, D.O. is the medical director for the group.
If you want to check a nurse license yourself, the Texas Board of Nursing keeps a public license verification lookup. We do not publish license numbers on the website, and you are welcome to ask to see credentials at your appointment.
Yes, in the way Texas requires. Cosmetic injectables are prescription medical treatments, so they are delegated by a supervising physician and carried out by a licensed clinician working to that physician's written protocols. Dr. Josh Allen, D.O. is the medical director for InjectCo and holds that role for the Waxahachie clinic.
He is not present at every appointment. Your assessment and your injections are done by Jen, BSN, RN or Jill, BSN, RN, who are the nurses based at this location. Physician licenses can be verified through the Texas Medical Board.
A day spa sells relaxation: massage, facials, treatments anyone can be trained to give. A medical spa, written med spa or medspa depending on who is typing it, sells prescription treatments such as wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, laser and medical weight loss. In Texas those must be performed by or delegated to a licensed clinician under a physician's supervision.
A nurse injector is a registered nurse who has completed advanced training in cosmetic injectables and treats patients under a physician medical director's written protocols. At InjectCo Waxahachie that is Jen or Jill, working under Dr. Josh Allen, D.O.
Three other terms are worth knowing. A medical director is the physician who authorizes the treatments a clinic offers and writes the protocols its clinical staff work to. A neurotoxin, often called a wrinkle relaxer and sold under brand names such as BOTOX Cosmetic, is an injectable that temporarily reduces the muscle movement that creases skin. A dermal filler is a gel, most often hyaluronic acid, injected to restore volume or reshape a feature rather than to relax a muscle. The two do different jobs and are not interchangeable.
Botox is $12 per unit here. Lip filler is $399 for a half syringe and $699 for a full syringe, and dermal fillers start at $699 per syringe. The full list is on our pricing page.
However, the number of units or syringes you actually need depends on how strongly your muscles pull, how much volume has gone, and the product used. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and other botulinum toxin type A products have different formulations and product-specific dosing units, and those units are not directly interchangeable. Your nurse injector will assess this during your consultation and give you a specific recommendation for your anatomy, with the price, before you decide. You can also try our treatment cost calculator.
Yes. If you are searching for a med spa near me from any of those towns, the drive is short. Red Oak is about fourteen minutes from the clinic, Midlothian about sixteen and Ennis about nineteen, by I-35E or US-287. We also treat patients from Ovilla, Oak Leaf, Palmer, DeSoto, Glenn Heights, Ferris, Maypearl, Lancaster, Cedar Hill and Mansfield. See our pages for a med spa in Midlothian, a med spa in Ennis and a med spa in Mansfield.
Yes. The Waxahachie medical weight loss program uses prescription GLP-1 medication, semaglutide or tirzepatide, alongside a nurse screening, labs and physician oversight. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and results differ between individuals. However, not everyone qualifies. A body mass index threshold and your medical history decide eligibility. Your nurse will assess this at your screening and tell you whether the program suits you.
Four questions sort it out quickly. Who performs the injection, and what license do they hold? Who is the supervising physician? Are prices published before you book? Do you get an assessment first, with a real option to decline? Any clinic worth using answers all four without pausing. Here the answers are a registered nurse, Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., yes, and yes.
You can check those answers rather than take them on trust. Nurse licenses are searchable through the Texas Board of Nursing and physician licenses through the Texas Medical Board. It is also fair to ask which product will be used, who ordered it, and how the clinic handles a result you are unhappy with. A place that treats first and explains afterwards is the one to walk away from.
The usual effects after injectables are short lived: bruising, swelling, tenderness and small lumps where the needle went in, generally settled within a few days to two weeks. Wrinkle relaxers can occasionally give a heavy brow or a temporary droop of the eyelid, which resolves as the product wears off.
Dermal fillers carry a rare but serious risk of unintended injection into a blood vessel. This can interrupt blood supply and may result in tissue damage; rare reported complications include vision abnormalities, blindness and stroke. See the FDA dermal filler safety information. InjectCo keeps hyaluronidase available for clinically appropriate management of hyaluronic-acid filler.
We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over an active skin infection or cold sore at the site, or where there is a known allergy to the product, and we ask about blood thinners and neuromuscular conditions at every assessment. Product-specific warnings are in the FDA prescribing information for BOTOX Cosmetic. Results vary from person to person.
The result most patients here ask for is the one nobody comments on. No frozen brow, no obvious filler, just a face that looks like it slept. Jen and Jill both dose conservatively for that reason, and you will know the unit count and the cost before you agree to anything.
Book online in under two minutes, or text (469) 813-8917 and a nurse answers. Open every day, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, at 102 Professional Pl, Suite 101 in Waxahachie.
The booking form asks only for what the clinic needs to reach you and set up your assessment. Please do not send medical details through it. How your information is handled is set out in our privacy policy.
Medically reviewed by Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director, InjectCo MedSpa.
