The clinic sits on North Carroll Avenue in Old East Dallas, inside the Belmont Park block and a short walk from Belmont Avenue. North Central Expressway runs about a quarter of a mile to the west, and most patients come off it at Haskell Avenue or Lemmon Avenue. Fitzhugh Avenue is a second way in from the north. The DART Cityplace/Uptown station is about seven tenths of a mile away, on the Red, Blue and Orange lines, and it is the only underground rail station in Texas. Turtle Creek and Oak Lawn are a few minutes west, and downtown Dallas is under three miles south. We share a professional building with several other wellness practices.
Most patients come from Old East Dallas itself and from Uptown, Knox-Henderson, Turtle Creek, Lower Greenville, Swiss Avenue, State-Thomas and Oak Lawn, all within about a mile and a half and under ten minutes in normal traffic. Highland Park and University Park, together the Park Cities, are about two and a half miles north. Downtown Dallas is about 2.8 miles south and Deep Ellum about 2.4 miles. Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Dallas is about 1.7 miles by road, and the Katy Trail is roughly a mile west across Central Expressway.
Our published service area reaches further than that. We regularly see patients from Lakewood, Preston Hollow, Kessler Park and Oak Cliff, and from Garland, Mesquite, Irving East, Farmers Branch, Carrollton East, Duncanville, Grand Prairie, Balch Springs, Cockrell Hill, Rockwall and Forney. Drive times and road distances for all of them are listed below, measured in weekday evening traffic so the figure you see is the slow end rather than the best case.
Being inside the loop rather than out on a tollway changes what an appointment costs you in time. Most patients here book around work, come in on a lunch break or straight after, and are back out inside the hour for a wrinkle relaxer appointment. That is also why the clinic runs 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM seven days a week rather than a standard business week.
The Dallas clinic is a single suite in a shared professional building, not a retail unit on a main road. That is deliberate. Consultations for injectables and for the intimate wellness treatments happen in a closed room, and nobody is discussing your treatment at a front counter with other patients waiting.

Shelby, PA-C, a licensed Physician Assistant and Clinical Aesthetic Injector, performs treatments at this clinic. She holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies and a Medical Aesthetic Injector Certification from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and she came to aesthetics from cosmetic plastic surgery. Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., is the medical director for the group and reviews the treatment protocols.
A day spa offers relaxation services such as massage and facials, which anyone can perform. A medical spa, also written med spa or medspa, offers treatments that are medical: prescription neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser and prescription weight loss medication. Those require a licensed clinician to assess and perform them, and a physician to stand behind the protocol. The difference is the licence, not the surroundings.
Botox is $12 per unit, and most first-time forehead or frown-line treatments use 10 to 30 units, which is $120 to $360. Lip filler is $399 for a half syringe and $699 for a full syringe. Dermal fillers start at $699 a syringe. You are given a unit count and a total at your assessment, before anything is drawn up, so there is no moment where a number appears that you have not already agreed. Yes. The Dallas medical weight loss program uses prescription GLP-1 medication alongside a plan for food, protein and movement. It starts with a screening and labs rather than a sales call, and you are reviewed at set points rather than left on a repeat prescription. Screening matters because these medications are not appropriate for everyone, and the review points are where the dose gets adjusted and side effects get caught early.
Ask four things. Who performs the treatment, and what licence do they hold? Who is the supervising physician? Are the prices published before you book? And are the reviews about this clinic, or about a different branch? You should be able to answer all four from the website before you ring. A clinic that will not name the person holding the needle, or that shows you reviews from a different city, is asking you to take more on trust than you need to.
Common, short-lived effects after injectables are bruising, swelling, tenderness and small bumps at the injection site, usually gone within a few days to two weeks. Wrinkle relaxers can occasionally cause a heavy brow or a temporary eyelid droop that resolves as the product wears off. Fillers carry a rare but serious risk of vascular occlusion. Your injector is trained to recognise it and hyaluronidase, a filler dissolver, is kept on site. We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over an active skin infection or cold sore at the site, or with a known allergy to the product, and we ask about blood thinners and neuromuscular conditions at every assessment. Results vary from person to person.
Rested. Not frozen, not obvious. Nobody asks what you had done, they just say you look well. That is the standard we work to at the Dallas clinic, and it is why we would rather start conservative and add a little at your two-week check than over-treat on day one. Lines treated early need fewer units than lines left to settle.
