Softer forehead and frown lines, still your own face.
A Liquid Breast Lift is a non-surgical breast contouring treatment that uses Sculptra (PLLA) or Radiesse (CaHA) to add fullness to the upper breast, soften the cleavage line and even out mild asymmetry, with no implants and no incisions.
The treatment works on fullness and shape, so it suits breasts that have lost volume at the top more than breasts with a lot of loose skin. Collagen builds gradually after treatment, so your shape fills in over time. The treatment itself takes about 30 minutes with a registered nurse injector working under physician-directed protocols.
InjectCo uses one of two collagen-stimulating injectables for a Liquid Breast Lift. Your nurse chooses the product for your plan and names it on your written quote.
Clinical note: Sculptra and Radiesse are FDA-regulated injectable products. Their use for injectable breast contouring is off-label. Your nurse reviews the treatment, alternatives and relevant safety information during your medical assessment.
Fullness, a lifted look and size are three different results, and knowing which one you want is the fastest way to the right plan. Pick the one that sounds most like you.

A Liquid Breast Lift adds fullness and modifies contour. It does not remove significant loose skin or surgically reposition breast tissue. If upper-breast fullness is the main concern, injectable contouring may better match the goal. If stretched skin or true breast ptosis is the dominant concern, surgery provides capabilities injectable treatment cannot reproduce. Surgical descriptions follow the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
| Option | What it is | Best for | InjectCo offers? |
|---|---|---|---|
| PDO threads (thread lift, InstaLift) | Dissolvable support threads placed under the skin | Subtle skin support | No |
| Radiofrequency (RF) or laser skin tightening (ThermiBreast, Morpheus8, BodyTite) | Heat-based skin tightening | Skin texture and mild laxity | No |
| PRP (Vampire Breast Lift) | Your own platelet-rich plasma injected into the breast | Skin quality | No |
| Liquid Breast Lift (injectable contouring) | Collagen-stimulating injectable placed by a registered nurse | Upper fullness, cleavage and balance without implants | Yes, at nine Texas clinics |
Threads, radiofrequency and PRP work on the skin. A Liquid Breast Lift works on fullness and shape, which is what most women asking for a non-surgical lift are after. Device and product names belong to their owners.
You may be a good candidate if the top of your breast has lost fullness, your cleavage line has softened or one side looks slightly different from the other, and you would prefer an injectable over implants or surgery.
It can make sense after pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight change or aging has taken volume from the breast, as long as your skin and breast position are still suited to a non-surgical approach. Your nurse checks this at your assessment.
Safety is the reason every Liquid Breast Lift starts with an assessment rather than a booking. Here is what stands behind your treatment.
One starting price, nine clinics. The same $7,500 starting price is used across InjectCo's nine Texas clinics.
Financing. Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry. Both are third-party providers; approval, interest, fees and repayment terms are set by the provider. See InjectCo payment plans and how to apply.
A Liquid Breast Lift is a personal decision, and the provider matters more than the product. InjectCo was founded in 2021 by Kiara DeWitt, BSN, RN, CPN, a nurse injector who still treats patients, and every clinic works under the same protocols delegated by our Medical Director, Dr. Josh Allen, D.O.

The nurse who treats you depends on the clinic you choose. Every InjectCo injector is a licensed registered nurse working under written protocols delegated by Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., and each one is listed with her credentials and clinic on our team page, so you can look up exactly who will be treating you before you book.
A Liquid Breast Lift is a non-surgical injectable breast-contouring treatment using Sculptra or Radiesse to add upper-breast fullness, soften the cleavage line and improve mild asymmetry. It does not remove excess skin and does not replace a surgical mastopexy.
InjectCo uses Sculptra, which contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), or Radiesse, which contains calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA). Your nurse determines which product is appropriate for the proposed treatment plan.
The treatment starts at $7,500. The final price depends on the product and amount planned for you and is provided in writing before treatment. CareCredit and Cherry financing are available.
The injection portion is approximately 30 minutes. The complete appointment can take longer when additional assessment, planning or questions need to be addressed.
Results are not permanent and individual duration varies. Your nurse will discuss a realistic timeline based on the product, treatment plan, anatomy and your individual response. Published Sculptra data from FDA-approved facial applications have demonstrated effects lasting up to 24 months, but breast-specific duration has not been established and should not be assumed to be identical.
No. Injectable contouring can add fullness and affect shape, but it cannot remove significant loose skin or surgically reposition breast tissue.
It can add fullness and projection, but it should not be positioned as an injectable equivalent to a breast implant. Patients seeking a substantial increase in breast size should discuss surgical augmentation.
Possibly. Previous implants or breast surgery change the anatomy and require individualized assessment before treatment is considered.
Tell your breast-imaging provider what injectable product you received, where it was placed and when treatment occurred. InjectCo provides product information that you can keep and share with your radiology team.
Liquid Breast Lift procedures at InjectCo are performed by licensed registered nurse injectors working under physician-directed clinical protocols. The nurse for your clinic is named at booking.
Surgery is generally more appropriate when significant loose skin, breast sagging or major repositioning is the primary concern. Your nurse will tell you at the consultation and can point you to a surgeon.
Local numbing is applied before treatment, and most patients describe pressure rather than pain. Your nurse checks in with you throughout.
There is no surgical recovery. Most patients go back to their day. Mild swelling or tenderness settles over a few days, and your aftercare sheet covers the simple do's and don'ts.
Yes, this service is for patients 22 and older.
All nine InjectCo clinics in Texas offer it: Fort Worth, Plano, Colleyville, Dallas, Argyle / Bartonville, Waxahachie, The Woodlands, Austin and Cleburne.
You do not have to know exactly which product or treatment plan you need before you book.
Your Liquid Breast Lift starts with a medical assessment and an in-person consultation with a registered nurse who listens to the result you want, evaluates your shape and builds a plan around you. You will know the recommended product, treatment approach and exact price before you decide to move forward.
Liquid Breast Lift starts at $7,500 and is available at all nine InjectCo Texas clinics.

In Texas, injectable treatments are medical acts a physician may delegate to qualified non-physicians under 22 Texas Administrative Code sections 169.25 to 169.28. At InjectCo, treatments are performed by licensed registered nurses under standing orders and protocols delegated by Dr. Josh Allen, D.O. The name and title of the nurse performing your treatment are provided at booking and at your visit.
A Liquid Breast Lift involves an off-label use of injectable collagen-stimulating products. Sculptra and Radiesse are FDA-regulated products with approved indications in other anatomical areas, but injectable fillers are not FDA approved for breast augmentation or injectable breast body contouring.
Using a medical product outside its FDA-approved anatomical indication is generally referred to as off-label use. Off-label use does not mean the underlying product itself is unapproved. It means the FDA has not established the safety and effectiveness of that specific product for that specific use.
Temporary injection-related effects can include swelling, tenderness, redness, bruising or firmness. Dermal fillers can also cause less common complications including infection, persistent lumps or nodules, inflammatory reactions, migration of material and tissue injury. Accidental injection into a blood vessel is a recognized serious complication of dermal filler procedures.
Treatment in or near breast tissue creates additional considerations because the area is involved in routine breast examination and cancer screening. The FDA has evaluated concerns involving dermal fillers near breast tissue, including palpable nodules, inflammatory reactions, filler migration, lymphatic complications and possible interference with breast examinations or diagnostic imaging.
Patients should continue the breast screening schedule recommended by their healthcare provider. Patients should tell their mammography or radiology team what injectable product was used, where it was placed and when it was injected. A new breast lump, persistent pain, nipple change, skin change or another new breast symptom should be medically evaluated rather than automatically assumed to be caused by injectable treatment.
Treatment may need to be postponed when there is:
Product-specific contraindications should be reviewed during the patient's medical assessment.
