Natural Volume That Comes From Your Own Body

InjectCo is a 100% nurse-led med spa, and EZ Gel is one of our most natural options for volume and skin renewal. Because the gel is built from your own platelet-rich fibrin, there is no synthetic product and no foreign material. A nurse assesses your face first, then places the gel where it does the most good. You can explore all of our Texas med spa services alongside EZ Gel, every one of them nurse-led and physician-supervised.

For patients who fear the "done" look, this is the appeal. Your result comes from your own tissue, so it tends to settle in soft and natural.

WHAT IT IS

What Is EZ Gel? The Natural Filler Made From Your Own Blood

EZ Gel is an autologous bio-filler, which means it is made from your own body. Your nurse draws a small amount of your blood, spins it to concentrate the platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), then heats and cools that PRF with albumin through a set protocol until it forms a soft gel. The gel has a texture close to a dermal filler, but nothing synthetic goes into it.

It does two jobs at once. First, the gel adds immediate, soft volume where your nurse places it, much like a filler. Second, the growth factors inside it signal your skin to build collagen and elastin over the following weeks and months, so your skin quality keeps improving after the volume settles. That regenerative half is what sets EZ Gel apart from hyaluronic acid filler, which only adds volume, and from plain PRP, a thin liquid that improves skin quality but does not hold structure. You may also hear EZ Gel called PRF gel, plasma gel, bio filler, or natural filler. They point to the same family of treatment.

TREATMENT AREAS

What EZ Gel Treats

Patients across Texas choose EZ Gel for four main goals. Your nurse injector will tell you which ones fit your face and your skin.

01

Under-eye circles and tear troughs

This is the most searched use, and for good reason. The under-eye area is delicate, and many people are nervous about standard filler there. EZ Gel softens dark circles and hollowing with a natural material that comes from your own body, so it appeals to patients who want a gentler option.

02

Natural facial volume

As we age, the face loses volume in the cheeks, temples, and midface. EZ Gel restores that fullness using your own tissue rather than synthetic product. It is a strong fit for patients who want a fresh, rested look without the worry of looking overfilled. Because it is a bio filler, the change tends to read as subtle and natural.

03

Skin booster with microneedling

Paired with microneedling, EZ Gel drives growth factors into the skin to improve tone and texture. The tiny channels from the needling let the PRF reach a broader area, which supports smoother, healthier-looking skin over time.

04

Hair restoration (PRP)

InjectCo treats thinning hair with PRP, not EZ Gel. PRP is injected into the scalp to support hair follicles over a series of sessions. It is a separate treatment from EZ Gel with its own plan and pricing, so ask your nurse about PRP if hair is your main concern.
COMPARE

EZ Gel vs Traditional Filler vs PRP

Patients often ask how EZ Gel compares to the options they already know. EZ Gel is your own blood, spun and set into a soft gel with albumin. It adds volume now and builds collagen over weeks, with a filler effect of about 3 to 4 months and a regenerative effect lasting roughly 6 to 12 months. Traditional hyaluronic acid filler is a lab-made gel that adds set volume, often for 6 to 18 months. PRP is your own blood spun into a thin liquid that improves skin quality but does not add structure.

The short version: EZ Gel is the middle path. It holds volume like a filler, and it renews skin like PRP, all from your own body. If the under-eye is your main concern, our EZ Gel under-eye treatment page covers that use in full, and tear trough filler in Texas compares the hyaluronic acid option. EZ Gel also pairs with microneedling treatment in Texas as a skin booster.

Feature EZ Gel PRF Tear Trough Filler
Material Your own blood Hyaluronic acid gel
How it works Adds soft support and PRF growth factors Adds volume by holding water in tissue
Reaction risk Very low because it uses your own tissue Low, with a small risk of puffiness or a blue tint
Result timing Builds gradually over weeks Visible right away
Duration Soft volume often lasts about 3 to 4 months, with collagen support lasting roughly 6 to 12 months. Often 6 to 18 months, depending on the product and treatment area.
Best fit Patients who prefer a natural material and a softer correction. Patients who want fuller correction in one visit.
Reversal Absorbs naturally over time Can be dissolved if needed

Transparent Pricing

EZ Gel Pricing in Texas

Pricing is one of the biggest questions patients have, and most clinics hide it. We would rather be clear. EZ Gel starts at $999 per session, and because a full result usually takes at least three sessions, a package books the full course at a better rate.

YOUR CARE TEAM

Why Choose InjectCo for EZ Gel

InjectCo is a 100% nurse-led med spa, and no treatment is delegated. A licensed nurse assesses your face before anything is placed, so your plan fits your goals, not a template. Across our network we have performed more than 10,000 treatments and earned hundreds of verified 5-star reviews, with 9 locations across Texas so care stays close to you.

Your EZ Gel treatments are led by Jen Adams, BSN, RN, InjectCo's Vice President and Director of Clinical Education. Jen has been a registered nurse for more than 13 years. She is trained in advanced aesthetic and Botox techniques, she is cadaver-certified, and she is known for ultra-natural results. She also trains other injectors, which is part of how InjectCo keeps its standard the same from one location to the next.

GOING FURTHER

Why Start EZ Gel
Sooner Rather Than Later?

EZ Gel builds across sessions, and natural volume loss keeps moving in the meantime, so starting sooner often means fewer sessions to reach your result.
YOUR VISIT

What to Expect With EZ Gel

Most patients need at least three sessions, spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart, with maintenance after that. Your nurse confirms your plan at your consultation.

01

The filler-like volume shows soon after treatment and lasts about 3 to 4 months. Your nurse confirms your plan at your consultation.

02

The regenerative collagen effect builds more slowly and lasts roughly 6 to 12 months, which is why results tend to improve across your sessions.

03

Downtime is minimal. You may have some swelling or light bruising at the injection points for a few days. Because EZ Gel is 100% from your own body, the risk of an allergic reaction is very low.

Frequently Asked

Frequently Asked Questions About EZ Gel

EZ Gel is a natural bio-filler made from your own blood. Your nurse draws a small sample, spins it to concentrate platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), then heats and cools that PRF with albumin until it forms a soft gel with a filler-like texture. Nothing synthetic is added. The gel adds volume where it is placed and releases growth factors that support collagen over time. Your nurse injector will assess this during your consultation.

EZ Gel is considered very safe for most patients because it is 100% autologous, meaning it is made from your own body. That gives it a very low risk of allergic reaction or foreign-body response, since there is no synthetic product involved. Like any injection, it carries minor risks such as short-term swelling or bruising at the injection points. It is not zero risk, so a health review matters. Your nurse injector will assess this during your consultation.

EZ Gel works in two stages, so it has two timelines. The filler-like volume usually lasts about 3 to 4 months. The regenerative collagen effect builds more slowly and lasts roughly 6 to 12 months, which is why results often look better across a series of sessions. Longevity depends on your skin, your goals, and how many sessions you complete. Your nurse injector will assess this during your consultation.

Most patients need at least three sessions, spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart, with maintenance after that. The exact number depends on your concern, your skin, and how your body responds to the first sessions. Starting sooner often means fewer sessions to reach your result, because natural volume loss keeps moving in the meantime. Your nurse injector will assess this during your consultation.

It depends on what you want. EZ Gel uses your own tissue, adds soft volume, and renews skin quality, which suits patients who want a natural option with no synthetic material. Traditional hyaluronic acid filler is a lab-made gel that gives a set, often longer-lasting volume result. Many patients pick EZ Gel for the under-eye area and for a natural look, and pick HA filler when they want firmer, longer volume. Your nurse injector will assess this during your consultation.

Most patients tolerate EZ Gel well. Your nurse uses a numbing step for comfort, and the injections themselves are quick. Downtime is minimal. You may notice some swelling or light bruising at the injection points for a few days, and most people return to normal activity soon after. Because the gel is from your own body, there is no product-based reaction to recover from. Your nurse injector will assess this during your consultation.

Yes. The under-eye is the most popular use for EZ Gel. It softens dark circles and hollowing with a natural material that comes from your own body, which appeals to patients who feel nervous about standard filler in that delicate area. Results build across sessions as the growth factors support the skin. If the under-eye is your main concern, our EZ Gel under-eye page covers it in detail. Your nurse injector will assess this during your consultation.

InjectCo treats thinning hair with PRP rather than EZ Gel. PRP is injected into the scalp to support hair follicles over a series of sessions, and results depend on the cause of your thinning and your consistency with the plan. It is a separate treatment from EZ Gel, with its own plan and pricing. Your nurse injector will assess this during your consultation.

EZ Gel starts at $999 per session for face or under-eye, and a package of 3 is $1,998, because you pay for two and the third is free. Elite members save 25%. Your final price depends on how many areas you treat and whether you choose a single session or a package. Pricing is being finalized and is subject to change. Your nurse injector will assess this during your consultation.
