Most standard hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler at InjectCo Fort Worth is $699 per full syringe. That covers the cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, under-eye area and smile lines. Your nurse tells you the product, planned treatment area, estimated amount and total price before product is opened. Radiesse and Sculptra are priced at your assessment, and non-surgical rhinoplasty is a separate service from $1,200.

FROM JILL’S FORT WORTH CLINICAL APPROACH
When someone points to one part of the face, I still look at the face from more than that one angle.
From the front, I look at left-to-right balance and how the face is divided through the upper, middle and lower thirds.
Then I turn the patient. A chin that looks reasonable from the front can sit differently in profile.
A smile line may be the feature the patient notices first, but cheek support can change how that fold reads. And a jawline plan has to make sense with the chin rather than being treated as a separate border.
That is why I do not start with a syringe number. I start with the relationship between the features.
Sometimes that leads to a smaller filler plan than the patient expected. Sometimes a different area makes more sense. And sometimes filler is not the right tool at all.
Clinical perspective from Jill, BSN, RN
Jill, BSN, RN, is a Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector at our Fort Worth clinic. Jill earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and came to aesthetics with a background in pediatric critical care. She has also worked alongside some of the most recognized aesthetic providers in Texas.
Her focus is symmetry and balance, which is why she checks more than one view before planning volume. She works with dermal fillers and neurotoxins, and she keeps training through courses held around the country.
Patients name Jill in dozens of our Fort Worth Google reviews.
A dermal filler, also called a facial or injectable filler, is a gel or suspension placed under the skin to restore volume or support in a specific spot. FDA approves each product for named areas, not a whole brand.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. HA is a substance your body already makes. Makers link its molecules into gels that last longer than natural HA. The gels vary in firmness, flexibility, cohesiveness and how they behave in tissue, so one product does not suit every area. Juvederm and Restylane are HA families, and each formulation in them is its own product.
Collagen stimulators. Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite) and Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid) are not HA. Both set off a tissue response that includes new collagen, and how much change a person sees varies. Hyaluronidase cannot dissolve them.
FRONT, THREE-QUARTER AND PROFILE
Front view. Left-to-right balance, where the cheeks sit, chin width and how the jawline meets the chin. The upper, middle and lower thirds are reference points for where volume has changed. They are not a rule that every face should measure in three equal parts.
Three-quarter view. How the cheek projects and how one contour runs into the next, from cheek to midface to jaw.
Profile. How far the chin projects, how the lips and chin relate, how the nose and chin balance each other and whether the jawline reads as one line. There is no single ideal angle. Jill looks at how these features relate in your own face.
Why one photo is not enough. A feature can look balanced in one view and different in another. A still, front-facing selfie cannot show profile or three-quarter contours, so it cannot set a filler plan.
The table groups FDA premarket approval (PMA) records, reviewed 25 September 2026, by treatment area. Approvals are for adults over 21 unless a row says otherwise. It lists approvals, not the product your nurse will choose.

Approvals change, so we recheck this table at each medical review.
Only two fillers carry an FDA-approved indication for under-eye (infraorbital) hollowing: Juvéderm Volbella XC and Restylane Eyelight. Any other product placed there is off-label, and your nurse should tell you so before treatment.
Not every dark circle is a hollow. Puffiness, pigment and thin skin can all cast a shadow, and filler helps none of them. The skin here is thin, so small amounts show.
Filler is not FDA approved for nasal reshaping. FDA’s current consumer guidance recommends against injecting dermal filler into the nose.
The concern is filler reaching a blood vessel. In a 2015 review of 98 published cases of vision change after filler, only the area between the brows was involved more often than the nasal region (Beleznay et al., 2015). These are shares of reported cases, not your risk at any one treatment.
At InjectCo, non-surgical rhinoplasty in Fort Worth is a separate service from $1,200, offered only after this risk and its off-label status are discussed with you.
Filler replaces lost volume and support. It is not the right tool when the main cause is something else:
Sometimes the answer is no. Leaving with advice instead of filler is a normal result of an assessment.
Common and temporary. Swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness, firmness and discomfort can follow filler for a few days.
The serious risk. Unintended injection into a blood vessel can interrupt blood flow. FDA reports rare but serious complications including tissue necrosis, vision abnormalities including blindness, and stroke (FDA).
What is vascular occlusion? Vascular occlusion means blood flow through a vessel becomes blocked. With filler, that can happen if material unintentionally enters or compresses a blood vessel.
Warning signs. Contact InjectCo promptly at (817) 285-5254 for unusual or increasing pain, skin that turns unusually pale, or gray, blue, dusky or mottled color. Sudden vision changes or stroke signs, such as weakness, numbness or trouble speaking, need emergency care: call 911.
Our Fort Worth clinic keeps hyaluronidase on site. It is an enzyme that can reduce or dissolve hyaluronic acid filler when clinically appropriate. It is itself a medical injection and can cause swelling or a reaction. The response varies, and more than one treatment is sometimes needed, so it is not an instant or guaranteed reset. More on filler dissolving.
Hyaluronidase does not dissolve Sculptra or Radiesse. FDA notes some filler materials are hard or impossible to remove.
This page is general information, not medical advice.
Booking a visit does not mean filler will be placed that day. Your nurse may suggest waiting, or decline, if:
Formal contraindications (product label). These differ by product, so we read the label for the exact filler proposed. Voluma XC and Restylane Contour, for instance, are not used with a lidocaine allergy. They are also ruled out after severe allergies that caused anaphylaxis, and with allergy to the gram-positive bacterial proteins used to make them. Contour and Radiesse add bleeding disorders to that list. Sculptra adds a past tendency to form keloids or raised scars.
Precautions call for a closer look, not a flat no.
Reasons to postpone. FDA advises holding off until any infection or inflammation in the treatment area has cleared.
InjectCo clinic policy. We do not place elective filler during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, based on clinic policy and product safety information. This is not a formal contraindication on every filler label.
Medicines. Some medicines and supplements can increase bruising or bleeding. Tell your clinician what you take. Do not stop a prescribed medicine unless the clinician who prescribed it tells you to.
Autoimmune conditions get an individual medical review, not an automatic no.
Past filler or implants. Tell us about earlier HA filler, permanent filler, silicone, implants, collagen stimulators such as Sculptra or Radiesse, or an injection you cannot identify. Unknown material is assessed before any new product goes near it.
Approved patients can begin treatment the same day and pay over time instead of all at once.
How it works: apply online with CareCredit or Cherry in a few minutes, get a decision on the spot, then bring your approval to your appointment. Our team can help you compare options during your consultation and apply on the day if you prefer.
Terms and rates are set by the financing provider. Your nurse will walk you through your total cost, including any financing fee, before anything is booked.
No fixed count exists. It depends on how much support is missing, the product that suits the area and how many areas the plan covers.
A typical clinic estimate is 1 to 2 syringes for one area. Multi-area plans can use more, and Jill may spread them across visits so each area settles first. The area, product, amount and total are confirmed with you before anything is opened.
Tap the areas you have in mind for a rough syringe range to bring to your visit.
It is an estimate. Your plan is made in person.

Your result depends on your anatomy, the product and the plan your nurse recommends.

Jill, BSN, RN, our Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector, and Cameron, BSN, RN, are the nurse injectors at our Fort Worth clinic. Both work under the delegation and supervision of our Medical Director, Josh Allen, D.O.
A feature can look balanced from the front and different from the side. Jill checks front, three-quarter and profile views before she proposes any amount.
Profile shows chin projection and how the chin relates to the lips and nose. A chin that looks fine from the front can sit back in profile, which may shift the plan. There is no single ideal profile.
No. A fold may relate partly to nearby cheek or jawline support, it may be treated directly, or it may be best left alone. Juvederm Vollure XC, Restylane Lyft and Radiesse are approved for moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds such as nasolabial folds. Our smile lines guide covers the options.
Juvederm Voluma XC (October 2023, moderate to severe temple hollowing) and Restylane Contour (March 2026, temple hollowing) are FDA approved for this use in adults over 21. Blood vessels run close to the temple, so product choice and the injector’s training matter.
On 18 September 2026, FDA approved updated Restylane Contour labeling. For correction of temple hollowing, Contour is only distributed to providers who have completed a device-specific use training program. If Contour is proposed for your temples, you can ask about that training.
Restylane Eyelight and Juvederm Volbella XC have FDA-approved indications for under-eye (infraorbital) hollowing in adults over 21. Approval is product specific, so another filler placed there would be off-label, and your nurse should tell you. Puffiness or pigment is not a hollow, and filler will not fix it.
No. Filler is not FDA approved for nasal reshaping, and FDA recommends against injecting it into the nose. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a separate service offered only after a specific risk discussion.
Sometimes, for a mild jowl. Filler that sharpens the jawline edge can make it show less; Juvederm Volux XC and Radiesse (+) are FDA approved for jawline definition or contour. Filler does not lift loose skin, so heavier jowls may need a surgical opinion.
Hyaluronic acid fillers, such as the Juvederm and Restylane formulations, can often be reduced with hyaluronidase when clinically appropriate. It is another injection, and more than one session is sometimes needed. We keep it on site in Fort Worth. More on filler dissolving.
Blood flow through a vessel becomes blocked, which filler can cause if it enters or presses on a vessel. It is rare but the most serious filler risk.
Call (817) 285-5254 promptly for unusual or worsening pain, or pale, gray, blue, dusky or mottled skin. Call 911 for sudden vision changes or stroke signs. If we are closed, get urgent or emergency care.
When the concern comes from muscle, skin quality, puffiness or loose skin rather than lost volume. Also when features are already in proportion, a label or medical concern applies, or the goal is beyond filler. Leaving with advice is a normal outcome.
By planning from more than one view, staging plans so each area settles, and judging balance after swelling goes down. No one can promise a result, but this lowers the risk of an overdone look.
Neither brand is better overall. Both are HA gel families, and the useful choice is the exact gel for the area. Cheek approvals, for example, cover Restylane Lyft, Restylane Contour and Voluma XC, while Volux XC and Radiesse (+) are the jawline options. Your nurse explains why she suggests one over another. See Juvederm and Restylane for product details.
Yes. Everyone is treated at the same clinic at Hulen Street and I-30. From Arlington and North Richland Hills, I-30 west brings you in, and Benbrook patients often come in along West Vickery Boulevard. The drive-time cards above these questions cover all 20 cities we serve.
It depends on the product and the area. Busy, moving areas tend to fade sooner, and a label figure reflects its own study group, not a promise. Our filler longevity guide covers the main products.
It depends on what causes the line. A neuromodulator such as Botox reduces activity in selected muscles, while filler adds or supports volume. A line at rest is not automatically a filler case, and one that deepens with movement is not automatically a Botox case. Our facial balancing vs Botox vs fillers guide compares them.
At InjectCo Fort Worth you hear the product, the amount and the total at your assessment, with no pressure to book on the spot.
