Approved patients can begin treatment the same day and pay over time instead of all at once.
How it works: apply online with CareCredit or Cherry in a few minutes, get a decision on the spot, then bring your approval to your appointment. Our team can help you compare options during your consultation and apply on the day if you prefer.
Terms and rates are set by the financing provider. Your nurse will walk you through your total cost, including any financing fee, before anything is booked.
When I assess someone for Botox, I do not assume the right and left sides of the face are doing exactly the same thing.
I watch both brows raise. I watch the patient frown. I watch what happens around each eye when they smile.
Sometimes the two sides are very similar. Sometimes one brow sits higher, one half of the frown pulls harder, or one side already has less movement before we treat anything. That baseline matters.
If I ignore it and treat the face as though it were perfectly symmetrical, I lose important information about what the patient actually does when they move.
I also separate muscle-driven asymmetry from things Botox cannot change, such as bone structure, eyelid position, skin quality or a brow that already sits lower at rest.
The goal is not mathematical symmetry. The goal is to understand the starting pattern and make a plan that fits that face.
Clinical perspective from Jill, BSN, RN, Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector, InjectCo MedSpa Fort Worth.
Jill, BSN, RN, is a Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector at InjectCo MedSpa Fort Worth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a registered nurse. Before aesthetics, her nursing work included pediatric critical care, and she has worked alongside some of Texas's most recognized aesthetic providers. She keeps building her skills through training courses held around the country.
Jill is one of the nurse injectors at our Fort Worth clinic. Cameron, BSN, RN, also treats patients here. Every Botox plan at this clinic starts with the same side-by-side look at how your face moves. See all our Fort Worth med spa treatments.
Both nurses work under the medical direction of Josh Allen, D.O., InjectCo's Medical Director, and a written delegation protocol. Want to check credentials? Verify a Texas nursing license on the Board of Nursing site.
Some asymmetry is normal. Most faces are not mirror images. The two brows can sit at different heights before treatment, and one eye can open a little wider than the other.
Muscles can pull with different strength. One side of the frown, or one half of the forehead, may contract harder. Equal-looking lines do not always mean equal muscle activity underneath.
Past treatment changes the starting point. If you had a neurotoxin in the last few months, one side may still move less than the other. Tell us when and where you were last treated.
Some differences are not muscle. Bone shape, eyelid position and skin quality can stay the same after Botox. The Xeomin label itself advises caution when a patient has marked facial asymmetry or a brow or eyelid that already droops.
None of this means the two sides always get different doses. It means the plan comes from what each side does, which is decided in person.
For the wider causes of an uneven face and options beyond Botox, see our guide on how to fix an asymmetrical face.
Botox cannot create perfect symmetry. It changes muscle activity. It cannot make the two halves of a face anatomically identical, and prior facial differences may remain visible after treatment.
BOTOX Cosmetic contains onabotulinumtoxinA, a botulinum toxin type A product that reduces acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction, temporarily decreasing activity in the treated muscle. Acetylcholine is the chemical a nerve uses to tell a muscle to contract.
In plain terms, the treated muscle tightens less for a while. That can soften expression lines driven by repeated muscle contraction, which is why people call Botox a wrinkle relaxer or a neurotoxin. It does not fill a hollow or add volume, and it is not meant to stop all movement. As nerve signaling recovers over the following months, movement returns.
Botox is a prescription medicine. Read who should wait or skip Botox before you book.
Dynamic lines become more visible when you move, such as frown lines that deepen when you concentrate. Static lines stay visible while your face is relaxed. A static line can reflect years of repeated movement, skin quality, collagen loss, volume change, structure, or several of these together.
Lines that are mainly driven by muscle activity may respond to a neuromodulator. Lines that remain at rest may also involve skin or structural changes, so Botox may soften the movement part without erasing an established crease. Your nurse evaluates the cause before recommending Botox, dermal fillers in Fort Worth, a skin treatment, a combination, or no treatment. When several areas are involved, full facial balancing looks at the whole face, and our facial balancing vs Botox vs fillers guide goes deeper.
The numbers in the BOTOX Cosmetic label describe the studied product regimen. They are not a guaranteed dose for you, and there is no forehead-only regimen on the label.
Your nurse assesses your anatomy, your movement on each side, your goals and whether the planned treatment is on-label or off-label before discussing the actual plan and its cost. Our guide to how long Botox lasts covers why results fade sooner for some people.
Why the forehead label includes the frown lines. The forehead muscle helps lift the brows, and the frown muscles below pull them down and together. The labeled forehead regimen was studied together with the glabellar muscles, because changing one part of that lift-and-lower system can affect where the brows sit.

Every one of these labels treats its potency units as product-specific, so no unit converts to another product's. Each product name opens its current DailyMed label.
Boxed warning. Every botulinum toxin label, including BOTOX Cosmetic, warns that the toxin's effects may spread beyond the injection area, hours to weeks after treatment. Signs can include generalized muscle weakness, double or blurred vision, eyelid droop, and trouble swallowing, speaking or breathing. Swallowing, speech or breathing problems can be life threatening. Get immediate medical attention if any of these happen.
Side effects, by study. In the BOTOX Cosmetic glabellar-line studies, eyelid drooping was reported in 3% of treated patients. In the lateral canthal (crow's feet) studies, eyelid swelling was 1%. In the forehead-line studies, headache was 9% and brow drooping 2%.
These rates come from specific studies of one product. They are not a risk figure for every patient, and rates from different products' studies cannot be ranked against each other.
Two formal contraindications appear on the BOTOX Cosmetic label: hypersensitivity to any botulinum toxin preparation or its components, and an infection where the injection would go. Each other product's label is checked on its own for the product you choose.
Precautions that need clinical review. Labels warn that some neuromuscular disorders, such as myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome or ALS, can raise the risk of clinically significant effects. That calls for review, not an automatic no.
Medicines. Tell your clinician about your prescription medications, including aminoglycoside antibiotics, muscle relaxants, other botulinum toxin products and medicines that may affect neuromuscular transmission. Never stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding. Neither is a formal contraindication on the BOTOX Cosmetic label, but safety in pregnancy is not established by adequate data and breast-milk transfer has not been studied. Talk it through with Jill before booking.
These steps come from our Botox aftercare guide; your nurse gives you product-specific instructions on the day. Your next treatment depends on the product, your response, your goals and label and clinic guidance; the BOTOX Cosmetic label notes dosing more often than every three months has not been evaluated.
If something seems off. If weakness, asymmetry, swelling, an eyelid or brow change, or another reaction is unexpected or getting worse, call the clinic at (817) 285-5254 so the clinical team can decide whether you should be seen. Seek immediate medical attention for trouble swallowing, speaking or breathing, or any other severe reaction.
Both pairs show the same expression before and after treatment, one taken mid-frown and one mid-smile. Comparing a frown with a neutral face would flatter any treatment, so each pair matches the expression.

Yes. New patients can book online or call (817) 285-5254. Your first visit starts with the side-by-side assessment, and nothing is injected until you have seen the plan and the total.
Because the two sides often move differently. One brow can lift higher or one half of the frown can pull harder, and treating both as identical would ignore that. The comparison decides the plan; it does not guarantee different doses.
Only the part caused by muscle. Some unevenness is normal, and if one brow lifts higher or one side of the frown pulls harder, Botox can be planned side by side to balance that movement. It cannot change bone, eyelid position or skin. Our guide on fixing an asymmetrical face covers the other causes.
No. Botox changes muscle activity. Differences from bone structure, eyelid or brow position and skin quality can remain after treatment.
The label treats forehead lines together with the 11s to minimize the potential for brow ptosis. The labeled regimen is 40 Units total: 20 for the forehead and 20 for the frown lines.
Lines fanning from the outer eye corner, crow's feet, are on the BOTOX Cosmetic label. Lines directly under the eye are off-label, and they often come from thin skin or volume loss rather than movement, so we check the cause before suggesting anything.
The Xeomin label, revised June 2026, now covers upper facial lines: the 11s, horizontal forehead lines and crow's feet. When all three are treated together, the maximum labeled dose is 64 Units.
No. Some labeled numbers look similar, but each label says its units are specific to that product. A Xeomin unit is not a Botox unit, even at the same $12 price.
No. Dysport's own label says its potency units can't be compared with, or turned into, units of any other botulinum toxin. We do not publish conversion ratios.
No. The Daxxify label covers moderate to severe glabellar lines (the 11s) in adults. Using it elsewhere is off-label.
Yes. Jeuveau (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) is FDA-labeled for the 11s in adults, and its price is set at your visit.
For frown lines, the BOTOX Cosmetic label says about three to four months, and individual duration varies. Other products have their own label data. See how long Botox lasts for more.
The effect builds over about a week, so early differences can change. In the BOTOX Cosmetic frown-line studies, eyelid drooping was reported in 3% of treated patients. If a brow or eyelid droops, looks noticeably different or is getting worse, call (817) 285-5254 so the clinical team can decide whether you should be seen. Get emergency care for trouble swallowing, speaking or breathing.
No. That rate is a Xeomin price: VIP members, who pay $350 a year for the membership, get Xeomin at $9 a unit. Botox is $12 a unit for everyone.

Product labels (DailyMed, current versions):
Texas rules. 22 Texas Administrative Code §169.26 covers cosmetic procedures a physician delegates. The physician has to confirm the injector's training in the procedure itself, pre- and post-care, who should not be treated and how to handle complications, and the injector signs a written protocol. A physician, PA or APRN sets up the practitioner-patient relationship first, keeps the chart and tells you who will do the injections. Someone trained in basic life support stays present, and one of those clinicians is either in the building or reachable at once if an emergency happens. Licenses can be looked up with the Texas Board of Nursing and the Texas Medical Board.
