At InjectCo Fort Worth, non-surgical penis enhancement uses hyaluronic acid (HA) filler to temporarily increase penile girth, without surgical lengthening or implant surgery. It changes circumference, not length. You may also see it called non-surgical penile enlargement, penis enlargement injections or hyaluronic acid penile augmentation.
Hyaluronic acid filler is a soft, clear gel made from a sugar molecule your body already produces. The body breaks it down over time, which is why the change is temporary.
InjectCo's GlansGirth service can also include the glans, the head of the penis. That is a separate treatment area. It should be discussed on its own, not assumed from research on the shaft. The protocol is described on our GlansGirth penile girth enhancement page for Fort Worth.
Off-label use. No dermal filler currently has an FDA-approved indication for penile augmentation. FDA approvals are specific to the product, the formulation and the area of the body. The filler used in Fort Worth varies by patient, and your clinician names the product and its approved uses in writing before treatment. When a man tells us he wants more size, our first step is to find out where he wants the change. The shaft and the glans are different anatomical areas. Improving one does not mean the other should get the same treatment.
Some men mainly want more shaft circumference. Some feel the head looks small next to the shaft. Others are really asking about length or erections, which filler does not provide.
That distinction matters before we discuss a product or an amount. The published penile-filler studies mostly report shaft girth, so we do not use a shaft-study average as a promise for the glans, or for any one man.
Sometimes the plan is a combined treatment. Sometimes it is more limited. And sometimes filler is not the right treatment for the actual concern.

Texas rules. Texas Medical Board rules (22 TAC Chapter 169) set conditions for delegated cosmetic injections. They include training and a signed written protocol, a physician's written order, a practitioner-patient relationship set up before treatment, disclosure of who will perform the procedure, and a physician, PA or APRN on site or immediately available for emergencies. You can check licenses through the Texas Board of Nursing and the Texas Medical Board.
No. HA filler increases circumference only. Glans volume or a fuller look is not lengthening either.
What it may change: the thickness of the shaft, the size of the glans or both, and in some men a mild unevenness in contour. You see a difference on the day, but part of that is swelling, so the settled result shows later.
What it does not change: length, the strength or duration of erections, a curve, sensation problems or fertility. It is not a treatment for a buried penis or micropenis, which are medical conditions for a urologist.
Men who want a longer result are usually asking about surgery. Here is how the two compare.

2.1 cm is circumference, not width. In the 2020 trial, the HA group's mean girth, measured around the shaft, rose by about 2.1 cm at 24 weeks. That describes that study group under that protocol. It does not predict an individual InjectCo patient's result.
Older study groups and current guidance. The 24-week trial enrolled men described as having small penis syndrome, size-related distress without true micropenis. Current European Association of Urology guidance strongly recommends against filler for men with penile dysmorphic disorder, so that older study group does not justify treating it. The same guidance gives HA filler for girth only a weak recommendation and a strong one for thorough counseling first.
Our interest, stated plainly. InjectCo offers this treatment commercially. The research summarized here was conducted independently of InjectCo. Both randomized trials received company funding, as noted in the table.
Published penile-filler studies mostly report changes in shaft circumference. Those numbers should not be treated as evidence that glans enhancement produces the same size change, lasts as long or carries the same risks.
Shaft girth evidence. The trials and reviews in the table measured the shaft. The 18-month trial, for example, measured girth at three points along the shaft and did not report the glans. Our guide to glans and shaft anatomy explains how the two areas differ.
Glans enhancement evidence. Most research on HA in the glans studied it as a treatment for premature ejaculation, not for proportion. A 2024 meta-analysis of 13 such studies, with 706 men treated, reported glans circumference about 1.5 cm larger afterward, and side effects in 91 of 598 men (15.2%), most often pain, blister or nodule formation, and bruising (Culha et al., 2024). The authors called the premature-ejaculation use promising but still unproven. InjectCo does not offer glans filler as a treatment for premature ejaculation.
Combined plans. We know of no published study of InjectCo's combined GlansGirth protocol as a whole. Your consultation covers each area on its own evidence.
No dermal filler is FDA approved for penile augmentation. Each filler is approved for specific uses in adults over 21, such as lip augmentation or smoothing cheek and chin contours (FDA). That approval does not carry over to the shaft or the glans, and it does not mean a treatment is risk-free.
Off-label use means using an approved product for a purpose that is not on its FDA label. It is common in medicine, but no filler has been tested and approved for this area. Ask for the product name and its approved uses in writing.
A good fit is usually a healthy adult man whose goal is a thicker shaft, a larger-looking glans or both, who understands the change is temporary, and who still wants to go ahead after hearing the risks. A consultation is not an automatic path to treatment.
We would not go ahead, or would refer you first, if you:
Body image comes first. Following current EAU guidance, the consultation covers your medical and sexual history and how size concerns affect your life. The guidance also recommends objective penile measurement, so ask how your baseline will be recorded. When distress is out of proportion to what an exam finds, persistent, or affecting relationships or sex, further psychological or urologic assessment comes first. Filler is not used for penile dysmorphic disorder. That is a safety step, not a judgment.

Glans enhancement is included in both packages. Shaft-only and glans-only plans are quoted in writing at your consultation.
A package price is fixed. The change in girth is not. We do not sell a set number of inches, and a second session does not double the first result.

You may see an immediate change in volume, but treatment-day appearance is not the settled result. Part of it is swelling.
Results from HA penile filler are temporary. Among the men who completed the 18-month trial, the group still showed a measurable average gain at month 18, smaller than at month one. Individual duration varies.
Whether to retreat later depends on your goals, your anatomy, how much filler remains and how you responded the first time. It is a clinical decision, not a calendar reminder.
Often, at least partly, when it is clinically appropriate. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid, and the Fort Worth clinic keeps it on site. Using it to dissolve dermal filler is itself off-label.
It is not an instant or guaranteed reset. More than one treatment may be needed, and the tissue may not return exactly to how it looked. Hyaluronidase can itself cause local reactions and, rarely, allergic or anaphylactic-type reactions (HYLENEX label). Having it on site does not make filler risk-free.
This is one reason HA is used rather than permanent materials. Silicone and other permanent injectables cannot be dissolved, and problems from them can need surgery to correct.
Effects described across penile filler studies include swelling, bruising, pain, inflammation, irregular contour, lumps or nodules, filler migration, infection and asymmetry. They are not equally common. Rarely, filler can injure a blood vessel.
