Lip filler at InjectCo Fort Worth runs $399 per half syringe and $699 per full syringe, and a lip flip, which is a separate neurotoxin treatment, is $199. Your nurse confirms whether filler, a lip flip or another plan matches your concern before treatment, and gives you the expected total before opening any product. Your in-person two-week review is included. We are at 4701 West Fwy, Suite 152, open seven days a week, 8 AM to 8 PM. For price context across Texas, see our 2026 lip filler cost guide.
When someone tells me they want fuller lips, my first question is what they want to see change.
Sometimes the lip already has enough body, but the border or Cupid's bow feels less defined. Sometimes the patient really does want more volume through the lip itself. Sometimes one side sits differently from the other. And sometimes the concern only shows when they smile, because the upper lip rolls inward or disappears.
Those are different problems, and adding more filler is not automatically the answer to all of them.
I also look at previous filler, how the lips relate to the chin and nose, and whether the tissue already looks full enough. That is why I decide the treatment first and the syringe amount second.
The plan may be filler. It may be a lip flip, or a combination. It may be waiting, dissolving existing HA filler, or doing nothing.
Clinical perspective from Jill, BSN, RN.
Jill, BSN, RN, is a Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector at InjectCo MedSpa Fort Worth and one of the nurse injectors who provide lip filler here. She is a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Cameron, BSN, RN, is also a nurse injector at our Fort Worth clinic.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) lip filler is a soft gel injected into and around the lips through a very fine needle. You may also hear lip injections, lip enhancement or lip augmentation. HA is a sugar the body makes naturally, and it holds water. Terms that come up at your visit:
What filler can change
What filler cannot change
There is no surgical recovery, but temporary swelling, bruising and tenderness are common.
Lip filler
Lip flip, often called “lip Botox”
If your upper lip changes when you smile, muscle activity may be part of the concern. Jill can assess whether filler, a lip flip, a combination or no treatment makes sense. From our clinic experience, a lip flip tends to last around three months, and duration varies. See our lip flip treatment page, and lip flip vs lip filler compares the two.
Before adding anything, we want to know:

If filler seems to sit past the lip line
If filler appears to extend beyond the intended lip contour, or earlier product is hard to identify, Jill may recommend an assessment before adding more. We do not diagnose migration from a selfie, and not every fullness above the lip is migration. The plan may be to add, stage treatment, dissolve HA filler first or hold off entirely. Our article on lip filler migration explains more.
| Option | Price | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Half syringe | $399 | Half of one syringe of the product chosen |
| Full syringe | $699 | One whole syringe of the product chosen |
Half and full describe how much product you buy, not a set lip shape. Syringe sizes differ by brand, so Jill tells you the milliliters before she starts. Our guide on how many syringes of filler you need goes deeper.
Every mouth heals at its own pace. This is the usual pattern, not a promise.
First day. Lips tend to look bigger than the final result and may feel sore.
Days 2 to 3. Swelling can peak, sometimes unevenly, and small bruises can show up.
About one week. Most of the early swelling has usually gone down.
About two weeks. Your nurse checks the settled result at your included review. Some patients still have residual swelling, firmness or asymmetry beyond two weeks. Contact the clinic if the course is unexpected, worsening or concerning.
Common and temporary. Swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness and firmness can happen while filler settles.
Rare and serious. In vascular occlusion, blood flow through a vessel is blocked. With filler, that can happen if material unintentionally enters or compresses a blood vessel. The FDA lists rare complications of dermal fillers, including death of skin tissue, vision problems including blindness, and stroke, on its dermal filler safety page.
Where anatomy comes in. The arteries that supply the lips run near the lip line, and their path varies from person to person.
What the research can and cannot say. A 2019 review of published case reports characterizes filler-related vision loss as rare but serious (Beleznay et al., Aesthetic Surgery Journal, 2019;39(6):662-674). Case reports cannot give a rate per injection, so a possible problem is always treated as urgent and never saved for your review visit.
Warning signs that need attention right away
We keep hyaluronidase at the clinic, and a suspected blood-flow problem is handled as an emergency. Contact InjectCo MedSpa Fort Worth promptly on (817) 285-5254 for concerning or worsening symptoms. Sudden vision or neurological symptoms need emergency care: call 911.
Booking does not guarantee treatment that day. We may wait or decline for an active infection or cold sore, inflammation, a medical-history or product-specific concern, a previous reaction, existing or unknown filler that needs assessment first, a goal filler cannot achieve, or anatomy where adding volume would not be appropriate.
Tell us before your visit about
Temporary swelling, tenderness and bruising are common after lip filler. Contact us on (817) 285-5254 if pain, swelling, discoloration, firmness, asymmetry or another reaction is unexpected or getting worse instead of better. Our clinical team decides whether reassurance, a visit in person or urgent medical care is the right next step. Sudden vision changes or stroke symptoms need emergency care: call 911.
A small preference, like a touch more on one side, waits for your two-week review.
Hyaluronidase and its limits
Hyaluronidase is an enzyme; when clinically appropriate, it may be used to reduce or dissolve HA filler, which our Fort Worth clinic stocks. It counts as its own medical treatment, it can cause swelling, response varies, more than one treatment is sometimes needed, and it cannot promise an instant return to how your lips looked before filler. Elective dissolving and an urgent blood-flow concern are handled very differently.
Our filler dissolver page and the article on dissolving lip filler explain more.
| Service | Cost |

Approved patients can begin treatment the same day and pay over time instead of all at once.
How it works: apply online with CareCredit or Cherry in a few minutes, get a decision on the spot, then bring your approval to your appointment. Our team can help you compare options during your consultation and apply on the day if you prefer.

Border work sharpens the edge of the lip and the Cupid's bow, sometimes with little added volume. Volume work adds fullness or projection to the body of the lip. Many people asking for “fuller lips” mainly want one of the two.
It is a loose term that people use for different goals: bringing back volume the lips have lost, sharpening a border that has softened, or smoothing fine lines around the mouth. Filler can help with the first two. Volbella XC is also FDA-labeled for lines around the mouth, and Kysse for upper lip lines, in patients over 21. Jill works out which of these you mean before suggesting a plan.
Muscle activity may be part of it. Jill can assess whether filler, a lip flip, both or no treatment fits your lips. A lip flip is $199.
No. “Lip Botox” usually means a lip flip: small doses of botulinum toxin that change upper-lip muscle activity. It adds no volume, and this cosmetic use is off-label. Lip filler is an HA gel that adds volume. A lip flip is $199 at our Fort Worth clinic, and lip flip vs lip filler sets the two side by side.
No. RHA 2 is labeled for moderate to severe dynamic facial wrinkles and folds in adults 22 and older. Lip use is off-label, and Jill will say so before treatment if she recommends it.
They are different formulations. RHA Kiss Volume is the commercial name the FDA approved in July 2026 for the RHA 3 Mepi formulation, which is approved for the lips and nasolabial folds. RHA 2 has no lip indication.
Yes. Both have FDA lip augmentation indications for patients over 21. Kysse vs Juvederm compares them.
Yes. Our Fort Worth clinic offers the Russian lip technique, which aims for more height through the center of the lips and a flatter side view. It is a technique, not a separate FDA-approved product, and Jill first checks whether that shape suits your border, lip body and smile. See our Russian lip filler treatment page or the Russian lip filler guide.
They are lip-fullness scores from FDA-reviewed studies. 62% of Volbella XC subjects still had at least a one-point improvement at one year, and 60% of Kysse subjects were still responders 48 weeks after their last injection. They describe groups, not how long your own lips will stay fuller. Our article on how long dermal filler lasts by area goes further.
Yes, our minimum age is 18. Volbella XC and Kysse hold lip indications only for patients older than 21, so treatment between 18 and 21 is off-label, and your nurse walks you through what that means before you decide.
Tell us what you had and roughly when. Filler that seems to sit past the lip line is assessed before anything new goes in, and options include dissolving HA filler, staging treatment or waiting. See our article on filler migration.
Usually. Our Fort Worth clinic keeps hyaluronidase on site. It is a separate injection, can cause swelling, sometimes needs a second round and does not promise an exact return to your lips before filler.
It means blood flow through a vessel is blocked. With filler, that can happen if material unintentionally enters or compresses a blood vessel. It is rare, and the warning signs are in the next answer.
Unusual or severe pain, white, gray or blue skin near the treated area, vision changes, and stroke symptoms such as sudden weakness or trouble speaking. Contact us promptly on (817) 285-5254, and call 911 for sudden vision or neurological symptoms.
Swelling often peaks over the first two to three days and has mostly settled by about a week. Some people still have swelling, firmness or unevenness past two weeks, so tell us if yours does.
No. The in-person check around two weeks after treatment comes with your lip filler and is scheduled before you go home. Extra filler added then is charged at the usual price.
Give it a full day for both. Kissing presses on fresh injection points, and alcohol tends to make swelling and bruising show more. The complete list is in our lip filler aftercare tips.

Texas law. Texas Medical Board rules in force since January 9, 2025 (22 TAC ch. 169, subch. E) treat nonsurgical cosmetic injections as medical acts a physician may delegate. Before delegation, a physician, PA or APRN establishes the practitioner-patient relationship and keeps medical records. The person injecting must be trained and identified to the patient with their credentials. A signed written protocol or order covers patient selection, appropriate care and complications, someone with basic life support training is on site, and a physician, PA or APRN is on site or immediately available for emergency consultation.
