Dermal fillers at InjectCo MedSpa Argyle start at $699 per syringe. The clinic is at 2660 FM 407 #100 in Bartonville, inside the Cloud 9 Salon and Spa building beside Bartonville Town Center, and serves Argyle and Lantana. Your nurse selects the treatment area, product and amount after assessing your anatomy and goals, and your expected cost is reviewed before treatment begins.
Sculptra and Radiesse are priced separately from hyaluronic acid syringes and are quoted at your assessment. Every treatment we offer is on our Argyle med spa page.
FROM OUR ARGYLE NURSE INJECTORS
When patients hear “filler,” it can sound like every syringe does the same job.
It does not.
The product we would consider for structural support along the chin or jawline is not automatically the product we would choose for a lip, an under-eye hollow or another mobile area.
We start with the anatomy and the goal, then we look at which product has properties and an approved indication that fit that treatment. We also decide whether filler belongs there at all.
Some concerns can improve with hyaluronic acid filler. Some are better approached with a collagen-stimulating injectable. Some need another treatment entirely. And some areas involve off-label use or a risk profile that means the safest recommendation is not to inject.
That is why we do not begin the appointment by asking which brand you want. We begin by identifying what actually needs to change and whether an injectable can do it safely. When the cheeks, jawline and chin do need to be planned together, we treat it as full facial balancing.
Chloe, RN, is a Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector at InjectCo MedSpa Argyle. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University and works mainly with neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She also holds InjectCo's Advanced Aesthetic Injector Certification. That is InjectCo's own internal training pathway, completed through the Injector Training Academy. It is not an independent board certification, a Texas specialty credential or an external aesthetic board credential.
Cameron and Crystal are nurse injectors on the same Argyle team. Their full profiles and credentials are being added to our team page.
Anatomy matters more with filler than with almost any other injectable, because the most serious risk involves blood vessels. That complication, vascular occlusion, is explained in the risks section below. The nurse who assesses you is the nurse who treats you.

“Dermal filler” is a category, not a product. It covers several materials that behave differently once they are under the skin. The most common is hyaluronic acid (HA), a sugar your body already makes, prepared as a gel. Juvederm and Restylane are both families of HA gels, and each family contains several formulations with their own FDA-approved uses.
Filler and Botox also solve different problems. Filler adds shape or support. Botox in Argyle relaxes the muscles that crease the skin when you frown or squint.
Why HA gels differ. Hyaluronic acid gels are chemically cross-linked so they persist longer than unmodified HA. Different formulations have different physical properties, but cross-linking alone does not determine which product is best for an area. Expected duration varies by the exact formulation, treatment area, amount placed and individual response. Lips are planned on their own, on our lip filler in Argyle page.
FDA approval is specific to a product and an indication. A product can be approved for one area and not for another, and an approval for one Juvederm or Restylane formulation does not extend to the rest of the family. The tables below list current FDA-approved indications from each product's premarket approval (PMA) record, checked September 2026. These products are approved for adults over 21 unless noted.

This table lists FDA-approved indications. It is not a list of what is in stock on a given day. Your nurse names the exact product proposed for you and tells you whether your treatment area is on-label or off-label.
FDA approval for under-eye hollowing is formulation specific. Two current examples are Restylane Eyelight and Juvéderm Volbella XC, each approved to improve infraorbital hollowing. Other fillers do not share that approval, so using them under the eye is off-label.
Your nurse names the exact product being proposed for the under-eye area and tells you whether that product has an approved infraorbital indication. We may also decide filler is not the right answer for your under-eye concern. FDA's general consumer guidance on fillers, last updated in 2023, still lists the area around the eyes among unapproved uses; the product-specific approvals above are the more current record.
Important: dermal filler is not FDA approved for nasal augmentation.
FDA's dermal filler guidance lists injection into the nose among the uses it recommends against and states that these uses are not approved. None of the formulations on this page is approved for the nose.
If you ask about nonsurgical nose refinement at InjectCo, your clinician must explain that regulatory status and the associated risks, including the risk of filler entering a blood vessel, before any treatment is considered. Declining to treat is always an option.

Individual results vary. Your result depends on your anatomy, the formulation chosen and the plan your nurse recommends.
There is no universal number. The amount depends on the area, the product, your anatomy and how much change you want. A lip, a temple, a jawline and a full-face plan are planned very differently, so we do not quote a standard syringe count per area.
Some plans are spread over more than one visit so that no single appointment carries too much product. Before anything is opened, your nurse walks you through the areas, the product, the amount, the cost and the order of treatment.
Choose the areas you are considering and the calculator returns a rough estimate of syringes and Botox units.
This is a starting point, not a quote. Your nurse sets the final product and amount after seeing you in person.

Common, temporary effects can include swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness, firmness and localized discomfort. Most filler treatment does not involve surgical recovery, but temporary swelling and bruising are common.
The most serious risk. The most serious dermal-filler complication is unintended injection into a blood vessel. If blood flow is interrupted, tissue can be injured. Rare reported complications include skin necrosis, visual impairment or blindness, and stroke, as described in FDA's dermal filler safety information.
What is vascular occlusion? Vascular occlusion means blood flow through a vessel becomes blocked. With filler, this can occur if product unintentionally enters or compresses a blood vessel.
Warning signs. Unusual or increasing pain, skin that turns pale (blanching), mottled or dusky skin-color change, sudden changes in vision, or neurologic symptoms such as weakness, numbness or trouble speaking. Contact InjectCo promptly at (940) 298-1358 for concerning symptoms. Sudden visual or neurologic symptoms require emergency medical evaluation: call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Hyaluronidase and reversibility. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that may be used to reduce or dissolve hyaluronic acid filler when clinically appropriate. It is not an instant undo button: the response depends on the product, the amount and the situation, more than one treatment is sometimes needed, and your clinician decides whether it is appropriate. Our Argyle clinic keeps hyaluronidase on site. Read more about filler dissolving.
Sculptra and Radiesse. Hyaluronidase does not dissolve Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid) or Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite). Their effects develop and fade on different timelines from HA gels, and any duration figure applies only to the specific product and indication studied, not to every area or patient. Product-level protocols, including aftercare, are covered on the dedicated product pages and at your assessment.
This page is general education, not medical advice.
A consultation does not automatically mean filler will be placed that day. Depending on the treatment and product, your clinician may recommend postponing or declining treatment because of factors such as:
The exact contraindications and precautions depend on the specific injectable.
Contraindication, precaution and clinic policy are different things. A contraindication is a reason a specific product should not be used, and it comes from that product’s labeling; some HA filler labels, for example, list certain severe allergies or hypersensitivity to product components. A precaution means extra review is needed before treating. Clinic policy is a decision InjectCo makes in addition to the label.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding. FDA notes that the safety of dermal fillers during pregnancy and breastfeeding is unknown. InjectCo postpones elective filler treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding according to clinic policy.
Medications. Tell your clinician about medications and supplements that may affect bleeding or bruising. Do not stop a prescribed medication unless the prescribing clinician tells you to.
Autoimmune conditions are reviewed individually rather than ruled out automatically, unless the specific product’s labeling says otherwise.
Approved patients can begin treatment the same day and pay over time instead of all at once.
How it works: apply online with CareCredit or Cherry in a few minutes, get a decision on the spot, then bring your approval to your appointment. Our team can help you compare options during your consultation and apply on the day if you prefer.
Terms and rates are set by the financing provider. Your nurse will walk you through your total cost, including any financing fee, before anything is booked.
Patients receive treatment-specific aftercare instructions and guidance on when to contact the clinic.
If swelling, pain, asymmetry, discoloration or another reaction is unexpected or getting worse, contact InjectCo at (940) 298-1358 so the clinical team can decide whether the change reflects normal recovery, needs in-person evaluation, or requires urgent care.
Sudden visual symptoms, neurologic symptoms, unusual severe pain or a concerning skin-color change should not wait for a routine follow-up.
Our Argyle clinic holds 4.9 on Google from 67 reviews, checked September 24, 2026. Those reviews cover every service at the clinic, not dermal filler alone. The quotes below are verbatim and describe injectable visits in general. Individual results vary.

Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers at InjectCo MedSpa Argyle start at $699 per syringe. The total depends on the area, the exact formulation and the amount your plan needs, and it is reviewed with you before treatment. Sculptra and Radiesse are priced separately, and lip filler pricing is on our lip filler in Argyle page.
Filler at InjectCo MedSpa Argyle is performed by our nurse injectors: Chloe, RN, who holds a BSN from Chamberlain University, and Cameron and Crystal, whose full profiles are being added. Josh Allen, D.O., is Medical Director of InjectCo MedSpa.
Both are families of hyaluronic acid gels, and both are FDA approved, but only formulation by formulation. The useful comparison is between specific products for a specific area. For example, Juvéderm Voluma XC and Restylane Lyft are both approved for cheek augmentation, while Volbella XC and Restylane Eyelight are both approved for under-eye hollows. Each product has its own gel properties, and neither brand is better across the board. Your nurse picks the formulation that fits the area and tells you what it is approved to treat.
Some fillers are. Juvéderm Voluma XC was approved for moderate to severe temple hollowing in 2023, and Restylane Contour gained a temple-hollowing approval in March 2026. Other formulations are not approved for the temples, so using them there would be off-label. The temple area also contains blood vessels, so product choice and placement are part of the risk discussion at your assessment.
Approval is formulation specific. Restylane Eyelight and Juvéderm Volbella XC are both FDA approved to improve infraorbital (under-eye) hollowing. If a different product is proposed for that area, your nurse tells you that the use is off-label.
No. Dermal filler is not FDA approved for nasal augmentation, and FDA’s dermal filler guidance lists injection into the nose among the uses it recommends against. If nonsurgical nose refinement is discussed, your clinician must explain that status and the risks first.
No. Hyaluronidase may be used to reduce or dissolve hyaluronic acid filler, such as Juvederm and Restylane, when clinically appropriate, and our Argyle clinic keeps it on site. It does not dissolve Sculptra or Radiesse. Even with HA filler it is not an instant undo, and more than one treatment is sometimes needed. Read more about filler dissolving.
HA filler is a gel that adds volume where it is placed, and the change usually shows right away, though swelling affects the early look. Sculptra is poly-L-lactic acid. It is not a gel filler, it works through a gradual tissue response over weeks to months, it has its own approved indications, and hyaluronidase does not dissolve it.
Both are collagen-stimulating injectables rather than HA gels, and hyaluronidase dissolves neither. Radiesse is calcium hydroxylapatite; it provides some correction when it is placed and has its own approved uses, such as moderate to severe facial folds, with Radiesse (+) approved for jawline contour. Sculptra is poly-L-lactic acid; it works through a gradual tissue response over weeks to months and is approved for uses such as nasolabial fold contour deficiencies and fine lines in the cheek region. Which one fits, if either, depends on the area and your goal.
A bruise is usually a blue or purple mark that is tender but not severely painful, and it fades over days. Vascular occlusion, where blood flow through a vessel is blocked, tends to bring pain that is severe or getting worse, skin that turns pale, dusky or mottled, or a lace-like purple pattern. Do not try to decide on your own: if you are unsure, call the clinic at (940) 298-1358. Sudden vision changes or neurologic symptoms need emergency care right away.
Contact the clinic promptly for unusual or increasing pain, blanching (skin turning pale), or mottled or dusky skin. Sudden changes in vision or neurologic symptoms, such as weakness, numbness or trouble speaking, need emergency medical evaluation right away: call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
We start with the area and the goal, then look for a product whose properties and FDA-approved indication fit that use. We also ask whether filler belongs there at all, because some concerns respond better to a collagen-stimulating injectable or a different treatment, and some are safest left untreated.
FDA states that the safety of dermal fillers during pregnancy and breastfeeding is unknown. InjectCo postpones elective filler treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding according to clinic policy, and your nurse can revisit your plan afterward.
Yes. Lantana, Highland Village and Flower Mound are all close to our FM 407 clinic, and we also see patients from Argyle, Double Oak, Copper Canyon, Northlake and Denton. Measured drive times for 17 nearby towns are listed on this page.
