Non-surgical penis enhancement, which many men search for as penis enlargement injections, means placing an injectable filler under the skin to make the penis thicker. It changes circumference, not length. When it is clinically appropriate, InjectCo uses hyaluronic acid (HA) filler. No dermal filler has FDA approval for penile augmentation, so this is an off-label use. Before any of that comes up, the consultation has to confirm that girth really is the concern, because filler does nothing for erectile dysfunction, a curve, pain, urinary problems or length.
At InjectCo the protocol is called GlansGirth™. Depending on the plan it can treat the shaft, the head of the penis (the glans) or both. The rest of this page covers how the Argyle clinic decides whether it suits you, what the research does and does not show, and where the limits are.
A plain note on approval. The filler used may carry FDA approval for a different part of the body, but using it in the penis is off-label. The FDA says the risks of unapproved dermal filler uses are not known.
“Enhancement” gets used for at least five different worries: thickness, length, erections, a curve and pain. Each one needs a different assessment, and filler only plays a part in some girth and shape goals. Find your main concern below.

When more than one row fits, deal with the medical one first. A cosmetic treatment can always wait, and an undiagnosed problem should not.
What it can change: the thickness of the shaft and, for some men, a specific contour or evenness concern. You may see a difference straight away, but that first look includes swelling and is not the settled result.
What it will not change: length, erectile function, a curve caused by Peyronie's disease, pain, urinary symptoms or fertility. Men in studies often report being happy with how they look, but that is not proof that filler improves erections, stamina, orgasm or performance, and we make no such claim.
Treating the glans is a separate matter. Besides the shaft, GlansGirth can also treat the head of the penis. The cosmetic studies cited on this page measured shaft girth only. Glans injections have mainly been researched for premature ejaculation, so results, durations and side effects from shaft studies should not be read across to the glans.
The P-Shot does not change size. It uses platelet-rich plasma and has no FDA approval for erectile dysfunction. Urology bodies are cautious about it: the American Urological Association treats PRP for ED as experimental, and European urology guidelines do not recommend it outside research studies. There is published research on hyaluronic acid (HA) penile augmentation, and the results are promising. The studies are also small and limited, and it is worth knowing both sides before you decide.
The studies used different products, amounts, techniques and follow-up periods. None of them sets one product, dose, method, girth gain or duration that applies to every man, and a study average is not a forecast for you. The full references are at the bottom of this page.
No. FDA approvals for dermal fillers cover specific uses in adults 22 and older, including the lips, cheeks, chin, some facial folds and the back of the hand. The penis is not on that list.
That leaves two separate facts. The product itself may be approved for one of those uses. Using it in the penis is still off-label, and the first fact does not change the second.
The FDA also says the risks of unapproved filler uses are not known and that any filler can cause side effects that are temporary, permanent or both. Its list of body-contouring uses it advises against includes breast and buttock augmentation. The penis is not named on that list, but penile use is still not approved. Ask which product. At your consultation, ask for the exact product name and what it is FDA approved for, before you agree to anything.
Healthy adult men who want more girth may be candidates once a clinician has assessed them. The answer depends on your real goal, your anatomy, your medical history, your medications and bleeding risk, any current genital condition, past procedures and whether what you expect is realistic. Bring a list of everything you take, including blood thinners.
Tell us about any previous penile procedure, whether that was silicone, PMMA, fat, HA, some other substance or a filler you are not sure about. We need to know what is already there, and we will not inject on top of an unknown material.
Part of the assessment is whether the change you want is realistic, and whether the worry about size seems out of proportion to your actual anatomy. If it looks like a body-image condition that needs a different kind of care, we will not go ahead, and we will point you toward a medical or mental-health assessment. For men with penile dysmorphic disorder, the European Association of Urology strongly advises against girth filler.
Filler is a cosmetic treatment, and it should not be the first answer to a medical problem. We refer you on instead of treating when the main issue is:
A penile implant, or penile prosthesis, is a surgical treatment urologists use for erectile dysfunction in selected men. It is not a cosmetic alternative to filler, and InjectCo does not offer it. Surgical girth or length operations, such as fat transfer or ligament release, carry their own risks and should be assessed by a qualified urologist or plastic surgeon.
HA has more clinical research behind it than most permanent injectables, though penile use is still off-label and complications can still happen. Silicone, paraffin and petroleum jelly injected for girth have caused problems from swelling to infection and even Fournier's gangrene, and European urology guidelines strongly advise against them. According to the FDA, injectable silicone has no approval for any cosmetic use. GlansGirth uses HA filler, never silicone or another permanent injectable.
HA filler can often be broken down with an enzyme called hyaluronidase when that is clinically appropriate. It is a separate medical treatment, and using it to dissolve cosmetic filler is itself off-label.

In the published penile HA studies, most side effects were mild and short-lived. Those studies are small, though, and complications do happen. The urology literature reports:
Not all of these are common, and we do not quote complication rates since each study used its own products and methods. Across filler use in general, the FDA names accidental injection into a blood vessel as the most serious risk and warns that the results can be severe and sometimes permanent. A 2025 urology review found no penile cases reported, so that risk comes from filler use in other parts of the body.
Call the Argyle clinic at (940) 298-1358 promptly if you have pain that is getting worse or feels unusual; skin that turns pale, gray, blue or dusky; swelling that grows quickly; a fever or discharge; any other sign of infection; or a sudden, marked change in shape. If symptoms are severe and moving fast, get emergency care.
If you are unhappy with the result or develop a concern, the clinical team looks at the cause first. Hyaluronidase may be an option when the filler is HA and dissolving it makes clinical sense. How many sessions that takes, what it costs and what follow-up looks like depend on the cause and on InjectCo's policy at the time, and your clinician will go through it with you.
HA penile filler does not last forever. Studies have found girth gains that hold for many months, and some followed men for around a year or more. In the 18-month trial, men treated with HA held on to some of their gain, but it faded faster than in the group given the comparison filler. How long yours lasts depends on the product, the amount, your anatomy and how your body responds, so we will not promise a set number of months.
You may notice more thickness right after treatment, but that includes swelling and tissue reaction, so it is not the final result. Swelling and bruising vary from man to man, and your clinician will tell you when it is the right time to judge the outcome.
Some men choose another treatment once the volume fades. Whether more filler is appropriate is decided at a fresh assessment. A second session is never automatic, and for some men a repeat of the same amount, or any extra filler, will not be appropriate.

How Texas regulates this. Texas Medical Board rules (22 Tex. Admin. Code §169.26) say that before a nurse gives a delegated cosmetic injection, a physician, or an APRN or PA working under a physician's delegation, has to have set up a practitioner-patient relationship with you. No. Filler adds thickness, not length. If length is what bothers you, a urologist is the right person to assess whether any proven option fits.
It is a common name for injecting hyaluronic acid filler under the skin of the penis to add thickness, which is the treatment offered at our Argyle clinic. It is not the same as the prescription injections some men use for erectile dysfunction, which a urologist manages.
No one can honestly promise a number before examining you. Studies report average gains of roughly 1.4 to 2.5 cm under specific protocols, but your result depends on your anatomy, how much filler your tissue can safely take and how you respond. Your clinician will give you a realistic picture at the consultation, not a guarantee.
For a suitable candidate, most reported side effects are mild and temporary, such as swelling, bruising or tenderness. Less common risks include lumps, unevenness, migration, infection and, rarely, damage to blood vessels or tissue. The studies are small, and because no filler is FDA approved for penile use, treatment is off-label.
There is no filler with FDA approval for penile augmentation. The product used may be approved for the face or hands, but using it in the penis is off-label, and the FDA says the risks of unapproved uses are not known.

No pill or supplement has been shown to cause lasting enlargement, and FDA testing has turned up hidden drugs in some sexual enhancement products (FDA list of tainted products). Vacuum pumps pull blood into the penis for a short time but do not change its size for good. Ask a doctor before trying any of them.
