Microneedling in Dallas, TX is available at InjectCo MedSpa, 2520 N Carroll Ave, where Shelby, PA-C, or Haya Jayne, BSN, RN, performs each session under the medical direction of Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director. It is priced at your consultation, once your provider has seen your skin and knows how many visits you need. Most people plan a series rather than a single appointment.
During treatment, a sterile cartridge of very fine needles opens thousands of shallow channels in the skin. Healing those channels pushes the skin to lay down collagen, and that slow rebuild is what makes scars, pores and texture look softer in the months after. PRP microneedling, which adds platelet-rich plasma from your own blood to the freshly treated skin, is $799 a session or $1,999 for three. Looking at other options as well? Our med spa in Dallas page lists every treatment at this clinic.

Microneedling changes the skin surface and the layer just under it. It will not lift a hollow cheek or stop the frown that creases your forehead. Lost volume is a job for dermal fillers in Dallas, and lines from movement respond to Botox in Dallas.
New collagen takes weeks to form, so each session starts a repair that the next one builds on. The American Academy of Dermatology says results show up gradually, with some improvement in a few weeks and the full result after several months (AAD guide to microneedling). Our microneedling treatment overview explains the process in more depth.
At InjectCo Dallas, on North Carroll Avenue at Belmont, your provider asks about recent sun, breakouts, cold sores and the products on your bathroom shelf, then looks closely at the skin itself. If something else would serve you better, you will hear that before you spend anything.

Physician Assistant, InjectCo Dallas
Shelby holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies and a Medical Aesthetic Injector Certification from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. At the Dallas clinic she performs microneedling alongside her injectable work, so a skin plan and an injectable plan can be made by the same person.

Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Injector, InjectCo Dallas
Haya is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and four years of clinical nursing behind her. She performs microneedling at the Dallas clinic and also treats patients with neurotoxin and filler.
Shelby and Haya follow clinical protocols set by Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director, who oversees care at every InjectCo clinic in Texas.
Texas rules let a physician delegate medical aesthetic procedures to licensed professionals, including physician assistants and registered nurses, after an evaluation and under written protocols (22 Texas Administrative Code §169.25). Your microneedling session runs inside that framework. A physician does not perform each session.
CHEMICAL PEEL
Microneedling builds new collagen, so it is the stronger choice for texture and scars. A chemical peel removes the top layer of skin, so it suits tone and dullness. For most people that one difference settles the question.
| Your main concern | Usually the better starting point |
|---|---|
| Pitted or rolling acne scars | Microneedling series |
| Dull, tired-looking skin | Chemical peel |
| Pores that look large | Microneedling |
| Fine lines in still skin | Microneedling; a wrinkle relaxer for lines that move |
| Texture and tone together | Often both, on different days |
Plenty of plans include both, spaced on separate visits rather than combined. Your provider will suggest which to begin with based on your goal and how much downtime fits your calendar.
That authorization covers named devices and named areas, not every product sold as microneedling. The FDA also notes that products which do not reach the living layers of skin are generally not medical devices, which is why at-home rollers work differently from an in-clinic session (FDA on microneedling devices).
Microneedling at InjectCo Dallas is priced at your consultation. We do not post one number online because the total depends on how many sessions you need, and that depends on what you are treating.
Texture and pores often respond within a few visits, while acne scars usually need longer.
A typical scar plan is a series of 3 to 6 sessions about 4 to 6 weeks apart. Some people then add a maintenance visit once a year.
Payment plans may be available, and our team can explain the options when you book.
You hear the session count and the full cost before the first session starts.
Approved patients can begin treatment the same day and pay over time instead of all at once.
How it works: apply online with CareCredit or Cherry in a few minutes, get a decision on the spot, then bring your approval to your appointment. Our team can help you compare options during your consultation and apply on the day if you prefer.
Terms and rates are set by the financing provider. Your nurse will walk you through your total cost, including any financing fee, before anything is booked.

Normal for the first few days. Pink or red skin, warmth, tightness, mild swelling and dryness, sometimes with a little flaking as the skin renews. Darker skin may look darker for a short time instead of red.
These usually settle within a few days. Gentle cleansing, a plain moisturizer and sunscreen are all most people need.
Not normal. Pain that keeps building, pus, spreading redness, fever, blisters or a cold sore outbreak, or patches of color that do not fade can point to infection or a pigment problem.
Call us at (214) 216-1033 or seek medical care if you notice any of these. The full list is in the Important Safety Information below.

Most people need a series, often 3 to 6 sessions spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart. Texture and pores can need fewer visits, and acne scars usually need more. Your provider sets the number after examining your skin at the consultation.
Numbing cream is applied first, so it feels more like pressure, warmth and light scratching than pain. Bony spots such as the forehead can feel a little sharper than the cheeks.
Plan on pink skin, similar to a mild sunburn, for 1 to 3 days. The American Academy of Dermatology advises waiting 24 hours before applying makeup. Most people go back to work the same day, with daily sunscreen and no retinoids until their provider gives the go-ahead.
Pick microneedling if your main concern is texture or acne scarring, since it builds collagen. Pick a peel if you mostly want brighter, more even tone, since it works on the top layer. Many people end up using both on separate visits.
Not by default. Standard microneedling is priced at your consultation. PRP microneedling is $799 a session, or $1,999 for a series of three: a small amount of your blood is drawn and spun to separate the platelet-rich plasma, which is applied to the treated skin.
Microneedling at InjectCo Dallas is priced at your consultation, after your provider knows which areas you want treated and how many sessions it will take. You see the full cost before your first session, and payment plans may be available. PRP microneedling is $799 a session, or $1,999 for three sessions.
For acne scars, rough texture and enlarged-looking pores, many people find it worth doing as a series, because the change comes from their own new collagen. It is less useful for deep wrinkles from movement or for lost volume, and your provider will say so if that is your main concern.
Treatment is postponed if you have painful or pus-filled acne, a skin infection, a cold sore outbreak, a fresh tan or sunburn, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The FDA also lists isotretinoin in the past 6 months, blood thinners, a history of keloid scars and a weakened immune system among reasons it may not suit you.
Shelby, PA-C, a physician assistant, and Haya Jayne, BSN, RN, a registered nurse, both perform microneedling at our Dallas clinic under the medical direction of Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director.
The new collagen can last a long time, but results fade gradually as your body loses collagen with age. Daily sunscreen, not smoking and an optional yearly maintenance session help you keep the improvement.
InjectCo MedSpa Dallas is at 2520 N Carroll Ave, Dallas, TX 75204, in Old East Dallas just east of US-75 and close to Uptown. We are open every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Call or text (214) 216-1033 to book a time.
Stay out of strong sun and avoid tanning in the weeks before your visit. Pause retinoids and exfoliating acids for a few days beforehand, and tell us about cold sores, blood thinners or any recent peel or laser. Arrive with a clean face if you can.
It depends on the area. The American Academy of Dermatology notes that a small area like the skin above the upper lip can take a few minutes, while larger areas take longer. Numbing time is added on top, and your provider gives you an estimate when you book.

Disappointing microneedling usually comes from one rushed session at a single depth, judged too early, before collagen had time to form.
At InjectCo Dallas, your provider examines your skin first, sets a depth for each area and walks you through the series and the cost before anything starts.
We are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Have a question first? Call or text the Dallas team at (214) 216-1033.
The FDA has authorized specific microneedling devices for specific uses: improving the look of facial acne scars, facial wrinkles and abdominal scars in adults 22 and older. Other uses, and combining needling with other products, have not been evaluated in the same way. Read the FDA page on microneedling devices.
The FDA advises patients to ask how a device is cleaned and whether a new needle cartridge is used each time, because the FDA says reusing a cartridge is unsafe, even after cleaning. Ask us anything you want to know about how your session is set up.
Infection, a cold sore flare, swollen lymph nodes, lines on the face, stinging when products are applied and darkening or lightening of the skin can occur, and some effects can be long-lasting. Following your aftercare lowers the risk.
Do not wait to see whether these pass. Call us at (214) 216-1033 or seek medical care.
Before your first session, tell us about your medical history, medicines, allergies (including to numbing creams or stainless steel), cold sores and any recent peel, laser or retinoid use. The AAD microneedling guide has more detail. This page is general education, not medical advice.
