Duration follows that split. Softer products in mobile areas turn over faster, often around 12 months. Firmer products placed on bone tend to last longer.

We are directly across East 6th from UT Elementary Charter School, about a third of a mile from the H-E-B at 2701 East 7th Street, and roughly two-thirds of a mile east of the Plaza Saltillo MetroRail station. I-35 is about a mile west, and East Cesar Chavez Street is a few blocks south.
