Genniel, RN
InjectCo is Austin's 100% nurse-led clinic for Bellafill, with more than 10,000 treatments performed across nine Texas locations. We are on the East 6th Street corridor in the Holly neighborhood, between Robert T. Martinez Jr. Street and Pedernales Street.
If you know the H-E-B on East 7th Street, we are a few blocks south of it.
Bellafill is a five-year decision, so we treat the assessment as the important part. Your nurse tells you plainly if it is not the right filler for your goals.

Bellafill is not like the fillers most people have heard of. It is made of tiny PMMA microspheres suspended in bovine collagen.
The collagen adds volume the day you are treated. The microspheres stay in place and give your own collagen a structure to build on. That is why the result can last up to five years.
Two things follow from that, and both matter more than the treatment itself.
It cannot be dissolved. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be reversed with an enzyme. Bellafill cannot. If you want a reversible option, your nurse will tell you so.
A skin test comes first. Bellafill contains bovine collagen, so the FDA requires a skin test about four weeks before treatment. We schedule the test, wait, then treat only if it is clear.
Your Bellafill is placed by Genniel, RN, a Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector at our East 6th Street clinic. She treats Austin patients through the week.
Because Bellafill is semi-permanent, injector judgment matters more than it does with a filler that fades on its own. Genniel reviews your history, marks the areas that will benefit, and starts conservative so more can be added later. A physician backs the clinical team.
InjectCo is 100% nurse-led. Every Bellafill appointment is handled by a trained nurse with physician oversight, so you are working with someone who understands both the clinical side of the treatment and the Austin community they serve.

Approved patients can begin treatment the same day and pay over time instead of all at once.
How it works: apply online with CareCredit or Cherry in a few minutes, get a decision on the spot, then bring your approval to your appointment. Our team can help you compare options during your consultation and apply on the day if you prefer.
Terms and rates are set by the financing provider. Your nurse will walk you through your total cost, including any financing fee, before anything is booked.
Most Austin patients want a number before they arrive. The honest answer depends on your anatomy and goals, which your nurse assesses in person. The calculator gives a realistic range to plan around.
Pick your treatment areas and get an instant unit and cost estimate. It takes about a minute and gives you a realistic number to bring to your Austin assessment.

Most plans use more than one treatment, sequenced rather than stacked in a single visit. Your nurse maps the whole face first so each step supports the next instead of correcting it.

Bellafill is semi-permanent, not fully permanent. It can last up to five years, which is much longer than hyaluronic acid fillers that fade in 6 to 18 months. The PMMA microspheres stay in place and support your own collagen, while the collagen part gives instant volume. Because it lasts so long, your nurse starts conservative and you can add more later.
Regular fillers are usually hyaluronic acid, which the body slowly absorbs over months and which can be dissolved if needed. Bellafill is made of PMMA microspheres in bovine collagen. It is not absorbed the same way and is not reversible, so it is chosen for a lasting, structural result. Your nurse helps you decide which one fits your goal.
Yes. Because Bellafill contains bovine collagen, the FDA requires a skin test about four weeks before your treatment to check for an allergic reaction. At InjectCo MedSpa Austin we schedule the test, wait the required time, then treat if the test is clear. This is a safety step, not an upsell.
Yes. Bellafill is FDA-approved to correct distensible, or rolling, acne scars on the cheek. It raises the depressed scar so the skin surface looks smoother and more even. Because the result lasts, many patients like it for scars they have tried to treat other ways. A consult confirms your scars are the right type.
Bellafill is priced per syringe, and the total depends on the area and how many syringes you need. It is quoted at your consultation once your nurse maps the area, and you get the full price in writing before anything begins. The skin test is a separate first step.
Botox relaxes the muscles that make expression lines on the upper face, like forehead lines and crow's feet. Dermal filler adds volume and structure on the mid and lower face, like the cheeks, chin, and jawline. Many patients combine them in a liquid facelift. Bellafill is a type of long-lasting filler, so it adds structure rather than relaxing muscles.
Bellafill can last up to five years, which is one of the longest-lasting fillers available. You see volume right away, then your own collagen builds around the microspheres over the following months. Because it lasts, planning and injector skill matter, which is why every Bellafill treatment at InjectCo MedSpa Austin is placed by a registered nurse.
Bellafill is FDA-approved and has been used for years for smile lines and acne scars. At InjectCo MedSpa Austin it is placed by a registered nurse under physician oversight, and a required skin test rules out allergy before treatment. As with any injectable, choosing a licensed, experienced injector is the biggest safety factor.
No. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, Bellafill cannot be dissolved with an enzyme. This is why your nurse starts conservative, treats in stages, and only recommends Bellafill when a lasting result is what you want. If you prefer something reversible, an HA filler is the better choice.
Bellafill is a five-year decision. The assessment is where you find out whether it is the right one for your face, and there is no pressure to book anything on the day.
Evening and weekend slots at the Austin clinic fill first.
Treatment at InjectCo MedSpa Austin is performed by licensed registered nurses under physician supervision. Bellafill is FDA-approved for nasolabial folds and moderate to severe atrophic acne scars. A skin test is required before treatment.
Tell your provider about all medications and supplements, any autoimmune condition, and any previous reaction to an injectable. Treatment is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or over active infection in the treatment area.
Results vary between individuals depending on anatomy, product selected and dose. Bellafill is a long-lasting filler and is not reversible. A skin test is required beforehand.
Individual results vary. This treatment may not be suitable for everyone. Consult your medical provider.
