A medical spa, also written med spa or medspa, sells prescription treatments: wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, laser and medical weight loss. In our experience a first-time forehead or frown-line plan often falls in the 10 to 30 unit range, so roughly $120 to $360, but that is clinic experience rather than a set dose. FDA labeling sets indication-specific doses, and units are not interchangeable between botulinum toxin products. Lip filler is $399 for a half syringe and $699 for a full syringe.
