Your treatment at InjectCo Plano is delivered by Jen Adams, BSN, RN, a Texas-licensed registered nurse with more than 13 years in nursing and InjectCo Vice President of Clinical. Jen is a nurse injector and trains other InjectCo injectors every week. She sees patients at the Plano and Waxahachie clinics. Every plan is reviewed under the supervision of Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., InjectCo Medical Director. Injections are never delegated, the appointment is in a private suite, and the consultation is confidential.
It is an injection treatment for girth. Hyaluronic acid filler, the same family of product used in the face, is placed under the skin of the shaft to make it thicker. You are numbed, it takes less than an hour, there is no operating room, and you leave the same day. It adds circumference, not length, and the result is visible straight away but does not last forever.
At InjectCo Plano the treatment is called GlansGirth, and one plan covers the shaft and the glans together. A topical numbing agent goes on first, the filler already contains lidocaine, and it is placed with a fine needle or a blunt-tip cannula. A licensed nurse performs it at the West Plano clinic under physician oversight.
If what you need is surgery, you will be told. InjectCo does not do surgery; implants and lengthening are for a urologist or plastic surgeon. Injectable girth and surgery solve different problems, and neither replaces the other.

No. GlansGirth uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler, which the body breaks down over time. Most men see results hold for around 12 to 24 months before a top-up is considered. Because it is hyaluronic acid it can also be dissolved if you change your mind, which is not true of permanent implants or fat transfer.
Most men feel pressure rather than pain. The area is numbed before anything is placed, the filler carries its own lidocaine, and you are done in under an hour.
