Quick answer: Juvederm in Plano is $699 a syringe at InjectCo MedSpa, 5926 W Parker Rd, Suite 500. Your nurse injector is Jen Adams, BSN, RN or Haya Jayne, BSN, RN, working under the medical direction of Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director. Juvederm (also written Juvéderm) is a family of hyaluronic acid fillers. Each product in the family has its own FDA-approved areas, so your cheeks may get one gel and your lips another.
According to InjectCo’s clinical team, most Juvederm results last about 6 to 18 months by product and area, and lip filler typically lasts 12 to 24 months. Because the gel is hyaluronic acid, it can be dissolved if you ever want it gone. Looking for everything we offer in one place? Start with our Plano med spa page.

Juvederm fills hollows and folds. It does not relax the muscles that crease the forehead or crow’s feet; that is a wrinkle relaxer such as Botox. The two are often booked in the same visit. For the full range of fillers we offer, including Restylane, see dermal fillers in Plano.
The “XC” on a Juvederm product name means lidocaine, a local anesthetic, is mixed into the gel, so the injections feel easier as they go. Our guide on how long dermal filler lasts compares the products by area.
At InjectCo Plano in Willow Bend Market, your nurse takes photos, asks what you want to change and checks whether Juvederm is the right tool. You leave with a plan, the products named and a syringe count.

Vice President and Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector, InjectCo Plano
A nurse for more than 13 years, Jen leads the weekly training sessions for InjectCo’s nurse injectors. With Juvederm she maps the cheeks and lips together so the face stays in proportion.

Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector, InjectCo Plano
Haya holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a registered nurse. She plans and places Juvederm and other hyaluronic acid fillers for Plano patients.
Jen and Haya follow clinical protocols set by Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director for all InjectCo clinics in Texas, including the written plan for treating a filler emergency.
In Texas, a physician may delegate cosmetic injections to a registered nurse who works under written protocols and supervision; the rule is 22 Texas Administrative Code §169.25. At InjectCo Plano the physician writes the protocols and your nurse performs the treatment.
Every Juvederm product is a hyaluronic acid gel, but each has its own approved areas. This table matches the product to the area, based on the FDA-approved uses for adults.
| Juvederm product | FDA-approved areas | How it feels and works |
|---|---|---|
| Voluma XC | Cheeks, chin | Firm gel that lifts and holds shape |
| Volbella XC | Lips, lines above the lip, under-eye hollows | Soft, smooth gel for subtle change |
| Ultra XC | Lips, facial folds | Medium gel for fuller lips |
| Vollure XC | Smile lines, marionette lines | Flexible gel that moves with expression |
| Ultra Plus XC | Deeper folds | Thicker gel for stronger correction |
| Volux XC | Jawline | Firm gel; its own FDA approval for jawline definition |
Your plan names the product for each area before any injection.
Using an area that is not on a product’s label is called off-label use; if your plan includes one, your nurse tells you first.
Every syringe is $699, whichever Juvederm product it is.

SCULPTRA
The FDA approves dermal fillers for adults 22 years and older, and only for set uses. Its dermal fillers page (content current as of July 2023) lists the nose and the neck, among other areas, as unapproved. The FDA also keeps a list of approved dermal fillers and warns that Juvederm Ultra 2, 3 or 4, sold online, are not approved in the U.S.
Approved patients can begin treatment the same day and pay over time instead of all at once.
How it works: apply online with CareCredit or Cherry in a few minutes, get a decision on the spot, then bring your approval to your appointment. Our team can help you compare options during your consultation and apply on the day if you prefer.
Terms and rates are set by the financing provider. Your nurse will walk you through your total cost, including any financing fee, before anything is booked.

This cheek result comes from the InjectCo results library. After hyaluronic acid filler in the midface, the cheek looks fuller and lifted and the fold below it reads softer, while the face still moves naturally.
Your own result depends on your bone structure and skin, so no photo predicts it. At your free consultation your nurse shows you what is realistic for each area.
Expected. The treated areas can look puffy for a few days, lips most of all, and a bruise may show where the needle went in. The skin can feel tender or slightly firm. Cool packs help with the swelling.
| When | What to expect after Juvederm |
|---|---|
| Treatment day | Results visible; numbing wears off within hours |
| Days 1 to 3 | Swelling, tenderness or a small bruise is common |
| First week | Small firm spots soften; lips may look fuller than final |
| About 2 weeks | Gel settled; your nurse reviews the result |
| 6 to 18 months | How long most Juvederm results last, by area |
| 12 to 24 months | How long lip filler typically lasts |
Not expected. Pain that builds instead of easing, skin that turns pale or dusky, a blotchy purple pattern, or any change in vision can mean filler is pressing on a blood vessel. It is rare and needs care straight away.
Call (972) 430-9297 or get emergency care if you notice any of these. The full list sits in the Important Safety Information below.

One syringe of Juvederm is $699 at InjectCo Plano, and every Juvederm product has the same per-syringe price. For lips only, a half syringe is $399. Your nurse confirms how many syringes your plan needs at the free consultation, before treatment.
Both are Juvederm hyaluronic acid gels, but Voluma XC is firm and built to lift the cheeks and chin, while Ultra XC is softer and used for the lips and facial folds. Many plans use Voluma for the midface and a softer gel for the lips in the same visit.
Expect about 6 to 18 months from most Juvederm products; the span depends on the gel and the area, and on your metabolism. Lips sit at the longer end, where filler typically holds 12 to 24 months. Book a top-up once you notice the result fading.
Yes. Juvederm is hyaluronic acid, so an enzyme called hyaluronidase can break it down if you dislike the result or a complication needs treatment. Our Plano clinic keeps hyaluronidase on site. Fillers such as Radiesse and Sculptra cannot be dissolved this way.
Neither is better overall. Both are FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers that can be dissolved; they differ in gel texture and in the areas each product is approved for. Your nurse picks the brand and product that suit each area of your face.
Two registered nurses plan and inject Juvederm at our Plano clinic: Jen Adams, BSN, RN, with Haya Jayne, BSN, RN, both under the medical direction of Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director.
Most people feel pressure and quick pinches. A numbing cream goes on first, and the Juvederm XC products contain lidocaine, so the area numbs as the gel goes in. Tenderness usually fades within a few days.
Swelling and redness are common, as are tenderness, bruising or small lumps; these usually settle within days to 2 weeks. The rare serious risk is filler blocking a blood vessel, which can harm the skin and, very rarely, eyesight. It needs care right away, usually by dissolving the filler.
It depends on how many areas you treat and how much volume each needs, so we do not guess before we see you. Your nurse sets the syringe count with you at the free consultation, and many first plans start small and add at the 2-week review.
Yes. Our clinic is at 5926 W Parker Rd, Suite 500, Plano, TX 75093. Frisco patients reach us in about 22 minutes and Fairview patients in about 26, by the Dallas North Tollway or West Parker Road. Hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily; call or text (972) 430-9297.
Yes. Each Juvederm product is an FDA-approved device for specific areas in adults, such as Voluma XC for the cheeks and chin, Volbella XC for the lips and Vollure XC for smile lines. Use in an area outside a product’s label is off-label, and your nurse tells you first.
Right away, though swelling can make the area look fuller for a few days. The gel settles over about 2 weeks, which is when your nurse checks the final shape with you.

Overfilled cheeks and stiff lips usually come from the wrong gel in the wrong place, or too much at once.
At InjectCo Plano, Jen or Haya matches a Juvederm product to each area, explains what filler can and cannot do, and agrees the $699 per-syringe total with you before any injection.
We are open 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. Text or call (972) 430-9297 with anything you want to ask before you book.
Each Juvederm product is approved for named areas only. If your plan uses a product outside its label, your nurse explains that before treatment. The FDA lists approved uses and risks on its dermal fillers page.
Because Juvederm is hyaluronic acid, an unwanted result or a blocked vessel can usually be treated by dissolving the gel, sometimes over more than one visit. Our Plano team keeps hyaluronidase on site.
Juvederm can, rarely, enter or block a blood vessel, which can damage skin and, very rarely, cause vision loss or stroke. It needs treatment straight away, usually by dissolving the gel. Infection and delayed lumps can also occur.
Treat these signs as urgent. Call (972) 430-9297 or get emergency care straight away.
Before your first treatment, share your health history and medicines with your nurse, plus any allergy or past filler. Our dermal filler guide has more detail. This page is general education, not medical advice.
