Getting here. Coming off the Dallas North Tollway, exit Parker Road and head east. Cosmetic Botox is a nonsurgical medical cosmetic procedure under Texas law. A Texas-licensed physician delegates the injection under a written protocol, and a registered nurse performs it within that delegation, with the required patient evaluation and physician supervision in place.
