Softer-looking forehead and frown lines with a refreshed, natural finish.
A nurse-led med spa is a medical spa where a licensed registered nurse assesses you and performs the injection, instead of handing it to an assistant. InjectCo MedSpa Fort Worth works that way, at 4701 West Fwy, Suite 152, inside Mattison Ave Suites, open seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
The question most people are afraid to ask a med spa in Fort Worth is the one that matters most: who is actually holding the needle? A registered nurse assesses your face before a single unit is placed, and the same nurse does the injecting, under physician medical director Dr. Josh Allen, D.O. The clinic sits in Chapel Hill Shopping Center at Hulen and I-30, five miles west of downtown, and Fort Worth patients have left more than 100 Google reviews about the care here.

Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Fort Worth. Named in more than thirty Fort Worth Google reviews. Jill came to aesthetics from pediatric critical care nursing. Patients mention a light hand with very little bruising, and she is the injector people ask for by name when they are nervous or correcting work done somewhere else.

Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Fort Worth. Cameron earned her BSN at Baylor University and completed hands-on injection training through the Injector Training Academy. She works across neurotoxins, dermal fillers and facial anatomy, and she injects alongside Jill at this clinic.

Prices are subject to change. A consultation determines the exact number of units or syringes you need. PDO threads, laser hair removal and chemical peels are quoted at your assessment rather than listed here, because the price depends on the area treated.

The clinic sits in Chapel Hill Shopping Center on West Freeway, at the southwest corner of Hulen Street and Interstate 30, five miles west of downtown Fort Worth. We are in Suite 152 inside Mattison Ave Suites, with free surface parking right outside the door and no garage to work through. Central Market, The Container Store and World Market share the center, so most patients fold a visit into something they were already doing.
Most patients come from west Fort Worth, from Arlington Heights, Monticello, Crestwood, North Hi Mount and Westover Hills, all inside the 76107 ZIP code the clinic sits in. White Settlement, Westworth Village, River Oaks, Benbrook and Lake Worth are all inside a fifteen minute drive, and patients from those areas treat this as their closest nurse-led medical spa.
Everyone is treated at the same clinic on West Freeway. We do not run a second Fort Worth location, so the nurse you book with is the nurse you see.

“Jill is hands down one of the most thoughtful injectors I have ever worked with. From the moment I sat down she made me feel respected, seen and completely at ease. She listened to my vision, talked me through every step, and her technique is genuinely artistic. The results are exactly what I hoped for.”
“I was so nervous to get my lips done after getting them botched by a different clinic three years ago. She listened to all my concerns and I was in and out in 30 minutes. She advised me on my leftover filler and migration. You can really tell she is a professional.”
“I went for PDO threads with Jill, and have to admit I was a bit nervous. She was patient, kind, informative, and made my comfort her priority. I am beyond thrilled with the results.”
“I had a great experience here. The consultation was thorough and they made me feel comfortable and informed before starting. It looks very natural and exactly what I was hoping for. The procedure itself went smoothly with no pain or bruising.”
“Have visited Jill here twice and she does amazing work. Quick, painless and exactly what I ask for. I cannot recommend her enough. I never have to wait and the office is clean and cute. Really great experience.”
“Jill was awesome. She took time to explain everything to me and made sure the therapy was the right thing to do.”

Yes. The Fort Worth clinic is open seven days a week, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including Saturday and Sunday. Text or call (817) 285-5254, or book online and pick the time that suits you.
Two registered nurses, Jill, BSN, RN and Cameron, BSN, RN, do the injecting at this clinic. Both are Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injectors. A nurse assesses your face and agrees a plan with you before anything is injected, and the same nurse performs the treatment. Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., is the medical director for the group.
A medical spa, also written med spa or medspa, offers prescription treatments such as wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, laser and medical weight loss. A day spa offers relaxation services such as massage and facials that anyone can perform. The difference is licensure. In Texas these medical treatments must be performed by, or delegated to, licensed clinicians working under a physician, which the Texas Board of Nursing sets the scope for. At InjectCo Fort Worth that clinician is a registered nurse.
Botox is $12 per unit, and most first-time forehead or frown-line treatments use 10 to 30 units, so $120 to $360. Lip filler is $399 for a half syringe and $699 for a full syringe. Dermal fillers start at $699 per syringe. The right number of units or syringes depends on how your muscles move and how much volume you have lost, which varies by patient. Your nurse injector assesses this at your consultation and gives you a specific price for your plan before you decide. You can also try our treatment cost calculator.
Yes. White Settlement is about nine minutes from the clinic, Benbrook about twelve and Lake Worth about twelve, all door to door from Chapel Hill Shopping Center at Hulen and I-30. We also treat patients from River Oaks, Westworth Village, Forest Hill and Saginaw. Everyone is seen at the same Fort Worth clinic on West Freeway.
Yes. The Fort Worth medical weight loss program uses prescription GLP-1 medications (semaglutide or tirzepatide) with a nurse screening, labs and physician oversight. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and results depend on the individual. However, not everyone is a candidate; a body mass index (BMI) threshold and your health history decide eligibility. Your nurse will assess this at your screening and tell you whether the program is right for you.
Ask four things. Who performs the injection, and what is their license? Who is the supervising physician? Are prices published before you book? Do you get an assessment before treatment, with the option to say no? A reputable clinic answers all four without hesitation. At InjectCo Fort Worth the answers are a registered nurse, Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., yes, and yes.
Common, short-lived effects after injectables are bruising, swelling, tenderness and small bumps at the injection site, usually gone within a few days to two weeks. Wrinkle relaxers can occasionally cause a heavy brow or a temporary eyelid droop that resolves as the product wears off. Fillers carry a rare but serious risk of vascular occlusion. Our nurses are trained to recognize it and hyaluronidase, the filler dissolver, is kept on site.
If something does not feel right after you leave, call or text the clinic on (817) 285-5254 rather than waiting for your next visit. Sudden or increasing pain, skin that turns white or dusky, or vision changes after a filler treatment need to be looked at the same day, and your nurse can escalate to the medical director. We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over an active skin infection or cold sore at the site, or with a known allergy to the product, and we ask about blood thinners and neuromuscular conditions at every assessment. All products used are FDA-approved for cosmetic use. Results vary from person to person.
Rested. Not frozen, not obvious. Nobody asks what you had done, they just say you look well. That is the standard the Fort Worth nurses work to. It starts with an assessment where you get a plan and a price before you commit to anything.
Book online in under two minutes, or text (817) 285-5254 and a nurse will answer. Open seven days, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, at 4701 West Fwy, Suite 152.
Medically reviewed by Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director, InjectCo MedSpa.
Before anyone talks about units or syringes, we look at your face at rest and then in motion. Movement tells us more than a still photo does. We watch you raise your brows, squint, smile and purse your lips, because the line that bothers you is often being pulled by a muscle you did not point at.
We check balance from the side as well as the front. Volume loss in the midface tends to show up as heaviness around the mouth, so treating the mouth on its own can leave a face looking bottom heavy. If your concern is the lower face, we may still recommend starting higher.
We point out asymmetry before we treat, not after. Almost every face is asymmetric. Brow height, eyelid position and lip volume are the three we check most closely, and we show you in the mirror, so a difference that was already there is never mistaken later for something we did.
We ask what you have had done before, where, and roughly when. Filler can sit in tissue far longer than people expect, and knowing what is already there changes what we place and where. If you are not certain what you had, we go conservatively rather than guess.
We plan the follow-up before we inject. A wrinkle relaxer takes about two weeks to reach its full effect, so we would rather place a conservative dose and add at the two week check than overtreat on day one. Adding is simple. Waiting out too much product is not.
Clinical content on this page is written by the registered nurse injectors at InjectCo MedSpa Fort Worth and medically reviewed by Josh Allen, D.O., physician medical director. Dr. Allen earned his medical degree at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at Texas A&M. Every nurse who injects at this clinic holds an active Texas RN license, which anyone can check through Texas Board of Nursing license verification.
Not every request gets a yes on the day. These are the situations where we slow down, and what happens instead.
You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers have not been established as safe during pregnancy or nursing, so we do not treat. We are glad to see you afterward.
There is an active infection, breakout or cold sore in the area.
Injecting through inflamed or infected skin risks spreading it. We reschedule until the skin has settled, and for people who get cold sores we talk about antiviral timing before booking.
You have a known allergy to an ingredient.
Several fillers contain lidocaine. Some wrinkle relaxer formulations contain human albumin, and one carries a labeled warning for people with cow's milk protein allergy. We go through ingredients at the assessment rather than at the chair.
You have a neuromuscular condition.
Conditions affecting the neuromuscular junction, including myasthenia gravis and Lambert-Eaton syndrome, can increase sensitivity to wrinkle relaxers. That needs a conversation with your treating physician before we proceed.
You take blood thinners, fish oil, high-dose vitamin E or anti-inflammatories.
This is usually a timing conversation rather than a refusal. Bruising risk goes up. We will never ask you to stop a prescribed medication without your prescriber agreeing to it first.
You have an event inside two weeks.
Bruising and swelling are normal and they settle, but they do not settle on demand. For filler we ask for two clear weeks before a wedding or anything that will be photographed.
What you are describing is not what this treatment does.
If the result you want needs skin tightening, surgery or a change in weight rather than added volume, we say so at the assessment. Filler used to solve the wrong problem tends to make a face look heavier, not younger.
Every treatment in this clinic carries risk. Collapsing all of it into one line about bruising would not help you decide anything, so here is what actually differs between them.
Wrinkle relaxers
The common effects are temporary: bruising, headache, a heavy feeling in the forehead during the first week. The one people ask about is eyelid or brow droop, which happens when product reaches a muscle that was not the target. It is uncommon, it is temporary, and it fades as the product wears off.
FDA labeling for these products also carries a boxed warning about effects spreading beyond the injection site, including swallowing and breathing difficulty. Reported cases have overwhelmingly involved doses far above cosmetic use. We tell you because it is on the label.
Hyaluronic acid fillers
Swelling and bruising are expected for several days. Small lumps early on are common and usually settle. The serious risk is vascular occlusion, where filler enters or presses on a blood vessel. It is rare, and it is the reason anatomy knowledge matters more than which product is in the syringe.
The warning signs are pain out of proportion to the injection, blanching of the skin, or a mottled look. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if something needs reversing.
Biostimulators
Poly-L-lactic acid and calcium hydroxylapatite are not hyaluronic acid, and hyaluronidase does not dissolve them. Nodules can appear weeks or months after treatment. Because they cannot be reversed in the same way, we place them conservatively and stage treatment across sessions rather than doing it all at once.
PDO threads
Bruising, puckering and a pulling sensation are normal for a week or two. Threads can be felt under the skin, can occasionally work their way out, and the lift is not permanent.
Laser
The risks are burns and pigment change, and both are higher in deeper skin tones and on recently tanned skin. We assess skin type before treating and we patch test when there is any doubt.
Medical weight loss
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation are common in this medication class, particularly while the dose is being increased. FDA labeling for the class carries a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors observed in rodents, and it is not prescribed to people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2.
Pancreatitis and gallbladder disease are also recognized risks. A licensed provider reviews your history before anything is prescribed.
