PRF Under-Eye Treatment in Texas With EZ Gel at InjectCo

PRF under-eye treatment gives patients a natural option for dark circles, hollows and crepey skin under the eyes. At InjectCo, EZ Gel is made from your own blood, prepared in a clinic and placed by a licensed nurse injector.

Because the under-eye area is thin and delicate, many patients want a softer option than traditional filler. EZ Gel can add gentle support to hollow areas, while PRF growth factors help support collagen activity over time.

Why Patients Consider PRF Under-Eye Treatment

The under-eye area is thin, so many patients feel cautious about using traditional filler there. Concerns like puffiness, a blue-gray cast or a heavier-looking result often come up during under-eye consultations.

EZ Gel offers a different approach. It uses PRF from your own blood to support hollow areas and skin quality over time.

Before recommending treatment, a nurse injector reviews your anatomy, identifies what may be causing the shadow or hollow and explains if EZ Gel is a good fit for your concern.

WHAT IT IS

What Is EZ Gel Under-Eye Treatment?

EZ Gel under-eye treatment starts with a small sample of your own blood. Your nurse draws the sample, spins it to concentrate platelet-rich fibrin, then processes the albumin-rich layer until it becomes a soft gel.

Once prepared, the gel is placed under the eyes to support hollowing, shadowing or early volume loss.

Since the material comes from your own body, EZ Gel has a low risk of allergic or foreign-body reaction.

The treatment works in two connected ways. The gel gives soft support after placement, while PRF growth factors help support collagen activity in the weeks that follow. This allows the result to develop gradually after your appointment.

TREATMENT AREAS

What EZ Gel Under-Eye Treatment Can Help

Under-eye concerns do not all come from the same cause. Before recommending EZ Gel, a nurse looks at the skin, hollowing, pigment and puffiness around the eye area.

01

Dark Circles From Shadow

When the under-eye area sinks, it can cast a shadow that looks like a dark circle. EZ Gel can soften the hollow area, which may help the under-eye area look brighter and less tired.

02

Hollows and Tear Troughs

The tear trough is the groove between the lower eyelid and cheek. As volume changes, that groove can look deeper. EZ Gel can soften the transition from the lower eye to the cheek.

03

Fine Lines and Crepey Skin

Under-eye skin is thin, so it can start to look crinkled or crepey. PRF growth factors support collagen activity, which may help the skin look smoother over time.

04

Early Volume Loss

Patients in their 30s, 40s and 50s often notice early flattening under the eyes. EZ Gel may fit patients who want gradual support before hollowing becomes more noticeable.

05

Under-Eye Bags and Fluid Puffiness

EZ Gel is not the right answer for every under-eye concern. True fatty bags or fluid puffiness may need another type of care, and some patients may need a surgical opinion. Your nurse will explain this during your consultation.
COMPARE

EZ Gel PRF vs Tear Trough Filler

EZ Gel and tear trough filler can both treat the under-eye area, but they work in different ways. EZ Gel is made from your own blood. Tear trough filler uses hyaluronic acid, a synthetic gel that adds volume right away.

The better option depends on anatomy, goals and comfort with synthetic filler under the eyes. EZ Gel may fit patients who want a natural material and gradual support. Tear trough filler may fit patients who want fuller correction in one visit.

Feature EZ Gel PRF Tear Trough Filler
Material Your own blood Hyaluronic acid gel
How It Works Adds soft support and PRF growth factors Adds volume by holding water in tissue
Reaction Risk Very low because it uses your own tissue Low, with a small risk of puffiness or a blue tint
Result Timing Builds gradually over several weeks Visible immediately after treatment
Duration Soft volume lasts about 3–4 months, with collagen support lasting roughly 6–12 months. Typically lasts 6–18 months, depending on the product and treatment area.
Best Fit Patients who prefer a natural material and a softer correction. Patients who want fuller correction in a single visit.
Reversal Absorbs naturally over time Can be dissolved if needed

Your nurse will walk through both options before treatment. No product is placed until you understand the recommendation and agree with the plan.

YOUR VISIT

What to Expect With EZ Gel Under-Eye Treatment

Your visit starts with a nurse consultation. The nurse reviews your under-eye area, skin texture, health history and the likely cause of your shadow or hollowing.

01

Once the plan is confirmed, your nurse draws a small blood sample and prepares the PRF gel in clinic. A numbing option may be used for comfort before the gel is placed under the eyes.

02

Most sessions take about 30 to 45 minutes from blood draw to finish. Most patients need at least three sessions spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart, then maintenance based on their results.

03

Downtime is usually mild. Swelling or small bruises can happen for a few days. Patients are usually asked to stay upright for at least four hours, skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours and avoid rubbing the treated area that day.
  • At least 3 sessions, 4 to 6 weeks apart
  • Filler effect 3 to 4 months
  • Regenerative effect 6 to 12 months
  • Minimal downtime
