Non-surgical penis enhancement, also searched as non-surgical penis enlargement, uses injectable filler to increase circumference rather than penile length. InjectCo uses hyaluronic-acid filler when treatment is clinically appropriate. No dermal filler is FDA approved specifically for penile augmentation, so this is an off-label use. The consultation should first determine whether the concern is actually girth, because filler does not treat erectile dysfunction, penile curvature, pain, urinary problems or a desire for additional length.
InjectCo's protocol for these penis enlargement injections is called GlansGirth, and it may include the shaft, the head of the penis (glans) or both. This page is built around how we decide whether it fits, what the evidence shows, and where its limits are.
Off-label disclosure. The filler product may itself be FDA approved for another anatomical indication, but using it for penile augmentation is off-label. The FDA states that the risks of unapproved uses of dermal fillers are not known.
Men often use one word, enhancement, for five different concerns: girth, length, erections, curvature and pain. Each needs a different evaluation, and filler is relevant to only some girth and contour goals.

If more than one row applies, the medical concern comes first. Cosmetic filler can wait. An unassessed medical problem should not.
When a man comes in asking about enhancement, the first thing we need to understand is what he actually wants changed.
Girth, length, erection quality, curvature and pain are different concerns.
If the goal is more circumference, filler may be something we can discuss.
If the concern is erections, a new curve, pain, urinary symptoms or penile length, adding filler is not the answer to that problem.
We would rather tell someone that clearly and send him for the right evaluation than inject a concern filler cannot fix.
When girth is the actual goal, we look at the existing anatomy, symmetry, previous procedures or filler, medical history and the amount of change the patient expects.
The consultation is where we decide whether the goal is realistic and whether treatment makes sense at all.
Treatment should follow the assessment, not the other way around.

What it may change: the circumference of the penile shaft, and in some men selected contour or asymmetry concerns. An immediate change in circumference may be visible, but the early appearance is not the final settled result.
What it does not change: penile length, erectile function, curvature from Peyronie's disease, penile pain, urinary symptoms or fertility. Cosmetic satisfaction reported in studies is not evidence that filler improves erections, stamina, orgasm or sexual performance, and we do not claim it does.
The glans is a separate question. GlansGirth can include the head of the penis as well as the shaft. The cosmetic girth studies on this page measured the shaft. Glans injection has mostly been studied for a different purpose, premature ejaculation. Results, duration and side effects from shaft studies should not be assumed to apply to the glans.
The P-Shot is not a size treatment. It uses platelet-rich plasma and is not FDA approved for erectile dysfunction. The American Urological Association considers PRP for ED experimental, and the European Association of Urology says the evidence is insufficient to recommend it outside clinical trials. If erections are your concern, start with a urologist.
Clinical studies of hyaluronic-acid (HA) penile augmentation, often called non-surgical penis enlargement, do exist, and their results are encouraging. They are also limited, and you should hear both sides before deciding.
Studies differ in product, volume, injection protocol and follow-up, and most are small. They do not establish one product, dose, technique, girth increase or duration that applies to every man. The averages above describe study groups under specific protocols. They are not a prediction of your result. Full references are listed at the end of this page.
No. The FDA has approved dermal fillers for specific uses in adults 22 and older, such as the lips, cheeks, chin, certain facial folds and the back of the hand. Penile augmentation is not one of those indications.
The filler product may itself be FDA approved for another anatomical indication, but using it for penile augmentation is off-label. The product's approval and the penile use are two separate facts, and the first does not make the second approved.
The FDA also states that the risks of unapproved uses of dermal fillers are not known, and that any filler can cause temporary side effects, permanent side effects or both. The FDA's list of body-contouring uses it recommends against names breast and buttock augmentation, among others. It does not name the penis specifically, but penile use is still not an approved use. Which product will be used? Ask for the exact product name and its FDA-approved indication at your consultation, before you agree to treatment.
Some healthy adults seeking increased girth may be candidates after a medical assessment. Candidacy depends on your actual goal, anatomy, medical history, medications and bleeding risk, any active genital condition, previous procedures and whether your expectations are realistic. Bring a list of your medications, including blood thinners.
Tell us about any earlier penile procedure: HA, silicone, PMMA, fat, another substance or a filler you cannot identify. We need to know what is already there before planning treatment, and we do not simply inject over unknown material.
Your clinician also assesses whether the requested change is realistic and whether distress about penile size appears disproportionate to the actual anatomy. If the concern suggests a body-image condition that needs a different type of care, augmentation should not proceed, and we will suggest a qualified medical or mental-health evaluation instead. The European Association of Urology strongly recommends against filler for girth enhancement in men with penile dysmorphic disorder.
Cosmetic filler should not be the first step for a medical problem. We refer rather than treat when the main issue is:
A penile implant, or penile prosthesis, is an established urologic treatment for erectile dysfunction in selected men, placed surgically by a urologist. It is not a cosmetic filler alternative, and InjectCo does not perform it. Surgical girth or length procedures, such as fat transfer or ligament release, are different operations with different risks, and they need evaluation by a qualified urologist or plastic surgeon.
HA has a larger clinical evidence base than many permanent injectable materials, but penile use remains off-label and complications can still occur. The European Association of Urology strongly recommends against silicone, paraffin and petroleum-jelly injections for girth, which have been linked to complications ranging from swelling to infection and Fournier's gangrene. The FDA states that injectable silicone is not approved for any aesthetic procedure. GlansGirth uses hyaluronic-acid filler, not silicone or other permanent injectables.
Hyaluronic-acid filler can sometimes be reduced or dissolved with hyaluronidase when clinically appropriate. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme, and using it is a separate medical treatment. Dissolving cosmetic filler is itself an off-label use of hyaluronidase.

Most side effects reported in published penile HA studies were mild and temporary, but the studies are small and complications do occur. Problems reported in the urologic literature include:
These are not all common, and we do not publish complication percentages because the studies used different products and methods. For fillers in general, the FDA calls unintentional injection into a blood vessel the most concerning risk and notes that the resulting complications can be serious and may be permanent. A 2025 urologic review found no reported penile cases, so that risk is drawn from filler use elsewhere in the body.
Contact the clinic promptly on (281) 326-9985 if you notice worsening or unusual pain; pale, gray, blue or dusky skin; rapidly increasing swelling; fever or drainage; other signs of infection; or a new, severe deformity. If symptoms are severe and developing quickly, get emergency medical care.
If you are dissatisfied or develop a concern, the clinical team first evaluates the cause. Hyaluronidase may be considered when the filler is HA and dissolving it is clinically appropriate. The number of treatments, the cost and the follow-up depend on the reason and on InjectCo's current policy, which your clinician will explain.
HA penile filler is temporary. Published studies have reported persistent girth changes over many months, with some following men for roughly a year or longer. In the 18-month trial, the HA group kept part of its gain but lost more of it over time than the comparison filler did. Exact duration depends on the product, the amount, your anatomy and your individual response, so we do not promise a fixed duration.
An immediate change in circumference may be visible, but the early appearance includes swelling and tissue response. It is not the final settled result. Temporary swelling and bruising vary between patients, and your clinician will tell you when the result is appropriate to assess.
Some patients choose additional treatment after volume decreases. Reassessment decides whether further filler is appropriate. A second session is not automatic: some men are not suited to the same amount, or to more filler at all.

No pill or supplement has been shown to produce lasting penis enlargement, and the FDA has found hidden drug ingredients in some sexual enhancement supplements (FDA list of tainted products).
