Dermal fillers at InjectCo Dallas start with a map of where your volume has faded and which product will put it back in the right place. A flattened cheek, for example, is often the real reason a smile line looks deeper, so lifting the cheek can soften that fold better than filling the fold itself.

InjectCo Dallas is a clinician-led filler clinic on N Carroll Avenue at Belmont, a quarter mile east of Central Expressway, and part of a 9-clinic Texas network.
Whether you are exploring fillers for the first time or coming back for a touch-up, InjectCo Dallas offers a full range of Dallas med spa services alongside dermal fillers, all clinician-led and physician supervised. Consultations are unhurried, and nothing is opened before you have agreed to the plan.

Dermal fillers are gels injected under the skin to replace volume that has been lost, or to add structure where there was little to begin with. Most are made from hyaluronic acid, a sugar your body already produces. You see volume the same day, and results typically last six to eighteen months depending on the product and the area.
Filler and Botox do different jobs. Filler puts back volume, and Botox quiets movement. A frown line that forms each time you scowl responds to Botox, while a cheek that has flattened over time responds to filler. Choosing the wrong one is how a result can look technically correct and still feel off to you. Hyaluronic acid fillers can also be dissolved if you change your mind, which is not true of every product in this category.
At InjectCo Dallas, in the medical office building at N Carroll Avenue and Belmont Avenue, every appointment starts with your injector mapping your face before any product is chosen, because that assessment decides which filler suits your anatomy and how much you actually need.
Shelby is a Physician Assistant and the clinical aesthetic injector at the Dallas clinic. She holds a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies and a Medical Aesthetic Injector Certification through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and she came to aesthetics from cosmetic plastic surgery.
Seeing the same injector at every visit means your syringe counts, product choices and how each area settled are already on file, so a touch-up builds on your last result.
Every injection at InjectCo MedSpa Dallas is placed by a licensed clinician working under physician oversight, and never delegated to unlicensed staff.

Approved patients can begin treatment the same day and pay over time instead of all at once.
How it works: apply online with CareCredit or Cherry in a few minutes, get a decision on the spot, then bring your approval to your appointment. Our team can help you compare options during your consultation and apply on the day if you prefer.
Terms and rates are set by the financing provider. Your nurse will walk you through your total cost, including any financing fee, before anything is booked.
Most Dallas patients want a number before they walk in. Your total depends on how much product your anatomy needs, which is why two people after the same result can pay very different amounts.
The calculator gives you a realistic range in about a minute, and your injector confirms the exact plan at your assessment.

Facial balancing treats the cheeks, jawline and chin together instead of one area at a time, so the result reads as one face rather than a single spot that got attention. The logic is proportion. Adding volume to the cheeks changes how the jawline looks, and defining the jawline changes how the chin reads, so treating all three together tends to look more natural than treating any one alone. A cheek filled in isolation can end up looking disconnected from a jawline that never got addressed, even when the cheek work itself was done well.
Your injector plans facial balancing in Dallas across more than one visit, building gradually and checking how each stage settles before adding more. Packing a full-face plan into one long session is usually how a result ends up looking overdone.
Worth raising at your first assessment even if you came in about one area. See full facial balancing in Dallas for the full treatment page.

Yes, and many patients do. Botox addresses movement and filler addresses volume, so both can be treated in one visit when your assessment calls for it. Your injector will tell you whether you need one, the other or both.
Results typically last six to eighteen months, depending on the product used and the area treated. Areas that move a lot, like the lips, tend to be at the shorter end. Structural areas like the cheeks and jawline usually last longer.
Most patients describe pressure and brief pinpricks rather than significant pain. A numbing agent is available if you want it, and many filler products contain lidocaine already.
Hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvederm and Restylane can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. Sculptra works by stimulating your own collagen rather than sitting under the skin as a gel, so it cannot be dissolved.
Both are hyaluronic acid fillers, and both can be dissolved. The difference is texture. Juvederm is softer and settles quickly, so it is often used for lips and soft cheek volume. Restylane is firmer, which helps in places like the jawline and chin where you want definition. Your injector chooses based on the area and how your tissue behaves.
An overfilled look usually comes from adding volume without mapping where it was needed. Your plan is built from your own assessment, so filler goes where volume is missing and nowhere else. If you want a natural result, planning matters more than which product is used.
Your first visit is an assessment. Your injector maps your face, explains which product and how much she recommends, and gives you the price before you agree to anything. If your goal needs more than one stage, you see the full plan up front. If you have had filler elsewhere that needs correcting, she will tell you what that involves.
Evening and weekend slots at the N Carroll Avenue clinic fill before the week is out.

Dermal filler and wrinkle relaxer treatments at InjectCo Dallas are performed by a licensed physician assistant under physician oversight, using FDA-approved products. Dermal fillers are prescription medical devices. Individual results vary based on your anatomy, the product selected and the amount used.
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you want them adjusted or removed. Collagen stimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse work differently and are not reversible in the same way.
Common temporary effects include swelling, bruising, tenderness, and small firm areas that usually settle within two weeks. Rare but serious complications are possible, including injection into a blood vessel, which can affect the skin or vision. Contact your provider immediately if you notice unusual pain, blanching of the skin, or any change in vision.
Tell your provider about all medical conditions, medications, allergies and any previous filler. Treatment is not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where there is active infection in the treatment area. See the FDA information on dermal fillers.
