If you have been looking for before and after photos of penis filler, you have probably run into the same issue. Most galleries come with zero explanation or feel like a pushy sales pitch. It is hard to find honest, clinical information about what is actually possible.
This guide is meant to change that.
We are going to walk through what results look like at each stage, what the data shows, and how the GlansGirth approach at InjectCo works. No fluff and no pressure.
InjectCo is a nurse-led practice with locations in Dallas, Plano, and Argyle. Our injectors are licensed nurses who specialize in male aesthetics.
Every penile girth enhancement procedure we do follows the GlansGirth protocol, which focuses on safety and natural proportions rather than just chasing maximum volume.
The first thing to get clear on is what this treatment actually does. When you look at before and after comparisons, you are looking at an increase in circumference, not length. The filler adds volume to the shaft, which creates a fuller and more uniform shape whether you are flaccid or erect.
One thing most galleries skip over is the timeline.
Photos taken immediately after the procedure do not tell the whole story. Right after the treatment, it is normal to have some swelling or for the tissue to look slightly uneven. Most of that initial volume is a mix of filler and inflammation. By the two-week mark, the swelling settles, and you finally see the true, smooth result.
The numbers back this up, and they are not just marketing claims.
A 2022 clinical trial in PubMed Central showed an average girth increase of about 22 millimeters over 24 weeks. Patients in that study reported being significantly more satisfied with both their appearance and their sex lives.
More recent data from 2025, which reviewed over 300 patients, showed an 89% satisfaction rate with zero serious safety issues. This is peer-reviewed data that confirms the procedure is both effective and predictable when done correctly.
| Timeframe | What You See |
| Day 1 (immediately post-treatment) | Noticeable volume increase. Some mild swelling and firmness. Avoid sexual activity for 7 days. |
| 48 to 72 hours | Peak swelling. The result looks larger than the final outcome. This is temporary. |
| Week 2 | Swelling resolves. Filler settles. This is the first look at your real result. |
| Month 1 to 3 | Results continue to refine. Filler integrates with tissue. Shape becomes more natural. |
| Month 6 | Full settled result. Most patients schedule a touch-up assessment around this time. |
| Month 12 to 18 | Natural gradual reduction begins. Most patients choose a touch-up to maintain results. |
Hyaluronic acid (HA) isn’t a mystery chemical. It is a substance your body already produces in your joints, skin, and connective tissues. It has been used as an injectable filler since the mid-1990s and has a long, proven track record for safety and predictability.
When we use it for girth enhancement, we inject it just under the skin of the shaft. We use a precise technique to distribute the filler evenly while staying clear of any blood vessels.
The filler works by attracting water, which is how it builds and maintains that new volume over time. Research actually shows that HA is more effective for both girth and sexual satisfaction compared to other materials like polylactic acid.
The GlansGirth protocol is our specific way of handling this procedure. The big difference between our approach and a standard injection is how we manage the volume. Instead of trying to inject as much as possible in a single visit, we use staged sessions.
This slow and steady approach allows the filler to properly settle and integrate into your tissue before we add more. It is a more controlled way to build volume that looks and feels natural. You can find more details on how we do this in our GlansGirth overview.
One of the main reasons penile filler results can look off at other clinics is that they try to do too much at once. When too much volume is injected in a single session, the filler does not always distribute evenly. It can migrate toward areas of least resistance, which often leads to an irregular or lumpy shape. That obviously does not help with confidence or proportions.
At InjectCo, we take a different approach.
Each GlansGirth session uses a conservative amount of volume with a planned follow-up. We review your results between these sessions so we can see how the filler is settling and adjust the placement before we add any more.
This buildable method is why our patient photos show natural, balanced proportions rather than an exaggerated or worked on look.
If you want to know more about what can go wrong when these principles are ignored, we have a separate guide on the common mistakes in penile aesthetics.
We recently saw a patient in his early 40s from Dallas who spent over a year searching online before coming to see us.
He had looked at dozens of before and after photos and found them either hard to believe or just hard to relate to. He wasn’t looking for a dramatic or extreme change. He simply wanted to feel better proportioned and less self-conscious.
During the consultation, I told him what I tell every patient: the goal is not maximum size. The goal is natural proportion. We looked at his starting point, talked through what was realistically possible, and agreed on a staged plan.
After his first session, he reached out at the two-week mark to say he could already see a positive difference.
Three weeks later, after his second session, he told us the result looked like a better version of himself rather than something that looked “done.”
That is the exact standard we aim for at every InjectCo location.

One of the most important things to understand about HA filler is that it is not permanent.
We use a specific enzyme called hyaluronidase that can dissolve the filler within 24 to 48 hours. This means that if you are ever unhappy with your results or if a correction is needed, we can reverse the filler completely at any time.
The data on this approach is very encouraging. In a large review of nearly 500 patients over three years, there was only one case of a patient choosing a reversal. There were a few minor issues reported, like small bumps or infections, but they were rare and easily resolved. Most importantly, there were no serious or long-term safety events.
The ability to undo the procedure is exactly why InjectCo chose hyaluronic acid for the GlansGirth protocol. Permanent options like silicone or PMMA cannot be dissolved if something goes wrong or if you simply change your mind.
With HA, you have a safety net. For a deeper look at the research behind these results, you can check out our guide on how these injections work to increase size.
If you are thinking about booking at one of our Texas locations, here is exactly how we move from your first question to your final result.
Step 1: Free Virtual Consultation
Before you even step into a clinic, you speak directly with one of our nurses. There is no middleman and no pressure. We talk through your goals, look at your anatomy, and figure out if you are a good candidate. We often have same-day virtual consultations available if you want to get started quickly.
Step 2: Your First Session
Your first appointment happens in-office and takes about 30 to 45 minutes. We use a topical numbing cream to keep you comfortable. Most of our patients rate the discomfort at a 2 or 3 out of 10. It is a straightforward, professional process.
Step 3: The Two-Week Review
At the two-week mark, any initial swelling has gone down. This is when we review how the filler has settled. Based on what we see, we decide together whether to add more volume, adjust the placement, or simply let things continue to settle.
Step 4: Maintenance and Reversibility
Most people come back every 6 to 18 months for a quick touch-up to keep their results looking consistent. There is never an obligation to continue. Also, because we use hyaluronic acid, the filler is fully reversible. We can use an enzyme to dissolve it if you ever decide you want to return to your baseline.

Most of our patients see their results last between 6 and 12 months before they feel like a touch-up is needed. The exact timing depends on how your body metabolizes the filler and how much volume was used. Interestingly, we’ve found that patients who have had two or more sessions tend to hold onto their results longer than first-timers.
Immediately after your session, the area will look slightly larger than the final result because of initial swelling. You might also see some minor bruising. By the end of the first week, the swelling should be mostly gone. By week two, you are seeing the result, though the filler continues to fully integrate with your tissue over the next month or two.
Yes, it is. We can use an enzyme called hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler if you are unhappy with the result for any reason. This is a major advantage of using HA fillers over permanent options like silicone or PMMA, which can be very difficult and sometimes dangerous to remove once they are placed.
If it’s done correctly, yes. Most “unnatural” results happen when a clinic tries to inject too much filler at once or uses the wrong placement technique. Our GlansGirth protocol is designed specifically to avoid those issues. We focus on a staged approach and never push for maximum volume.
The total cost depends on how many syringes we use and how many sessions you need to reach your goal. We have a detailed penile filler cost guide for our Texas locations that breaks down the pricing. One thing to note is that we do not require any memberships or subscription fees to access care.
Because this is a sensitive procedure, we don’t post patient photos publicly. However, we do share clinical before-and-after images during your consultation so you can see what is possible. You are welcome to request these during your free virtual consultation.
