InjectCo MedSpa Colleyville is the branch this network grew around, and it holds the largest review base of our nine Texas clinics. We are at 6222 Colleyville Blvd, Suite B, just south of Tinker Road.

Xeomin is the neurotoxin patients ask for by name when they care what is in the vial. It is filtered down to the active ingredient alone, with no complexing proteins carried along with it, which is where the nickname naked tox comes from.

Xeomin is $12 per unit, and it is the product our VIP membership rate applies to at $9 per unit. Your nurse counts the units you actually need at your assessment.

What Is Xeomin? What Colleyville Patients Should Know First

Xeomin is a purified botulinum toxin type A. Your nurse places small amounts into specific muscles so those muscles relax and the expression lines they create soften.

What separates the four neurotoxins we carry is worth understanding before you pick one. Botox is the most studied and the default for most faces. Dysport tends to show up faster and spreads a little more, which suits a broad forehead. Xeomin is filtered to the active ingredient with no accessory proteins. Daxxify is the one marketed on duration, and the one most often oversold on it.

Units are not interchangeable between any of them. A Dysport unit count looks far higher than a Xeomin one for the same result, so never compare two clinics on unit numbers alone. Ask for the total.

YOUR CARE TEAM

Meet Your Colleyville Xeomin Injectors

Your injector at InjectCo MedSpa Colleyville is Stefanie, BSN, RN, an Advanced Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector, working alongside Shelby, PA-C. Between them they handle the neurotoxin work at this clinic every week, which is the reason the Colleyville profile carries the largest review count in the InjectCo network.

What that means at your appointment is unglamorous and useful: someone watches your face move before deciding anything. Dosing follows the muscles you actually have, not a diagram. If your goal is achievable with fewer units than you expected, you will be told that.

TREATMENT AREAS

What Xeomin Can Treat

Xeomin results typically last approximately three to four months. Movement gradually returns as the effect wears off, and expression lines may become easier to create again.

The FDA prescribing information states that repeat treatment should be administered no more frequently than every three months.

01

Frown lines

The vertical lines between your brows that deepen when you concentrate. This is the area most neurotoxins are FDA-approved for, and usually the first one treated.

02

Forehead lines

The horizontal lines that appear when you raise your brows. Dosed carefully, because over-treating here is what causes a heavy or dropped brow.

03

Crow's feet

The fine lines fanning from the outer corners of your eyes when you smile. Softened rather than erased, so your smile still reads as yours.

04

Bunny lines

The small creases across the bridge of the nose that show when you scrunch. A few units usually settle them.

05

Lip flip

A few units at the upper lip relax the muscle so slightly more lip shows when you smile. It is not filler and it does not add volume.

06

Jaw tension and clenching

An overdeveloped masseter can cause clenching, jaw ache and a squared lower face. This area takes considerably more units than a facial one.

07

Neck bands

The vertical cords down the front of the neck that become more visible over time can be softened.

08

Underarm sweating

Excessive underarm sweating responds well to neurotoxin. This indication genuinely lasts longer than cosmetic treatment, often four to six months.
PRODUCT OPTIONS

Juvederm, Restylane, and Sculptra: Which Filler Is Right for You?

Three trusted, FDA-approved options. Your nurse injector matches the product to your goal, never the other way around.
BOTOX COSMETIC

The most studied option

Botox Cosmetic is the most widely studied botulinum toxin and the benchmark other products are compared against.
DYSPORT

Spreads a little wider

Dysport diffuses slightly more than Botox, which some injectors prefer across broader areas. Units are not interchangeable between products.
XEOMIN

No complexing proteins

Xeomin is filtered to remove the accessory proteins other neurotoxins carry, and is the product behind the InjectCo membership rate.
If you are not sure which option suits your goals, your nurse injector walks you through every choice at your consultation, with no pressure to decide on the spot.

What drives the price

  • Treatment area size: larger areas like cheeks or jawline may require more product
  • Number of units: your nurse calculates the dose for the area treated
  • Filler type: different products serve different purposes, from soft volume to structural support
  • Facial anatomy: muscle density and existing volume loss affect how much filler is needed

GOING FURTHER

Can Xeomin Be Combined With Other Treatments in Colleyville?

Neurotoxin work is often planned across more than one area in a single visit, and sometimes alongside filler when the concern is volume rather than movement. Your nurse assesses which is actually driving the result you want before recommending anything.

YOUR VISIT

What to Expect at InjectCo

Review your areas, units, total cost, result timeline, side effects, and aftercare with a licensed provider.

1

Confirm the treatment plan

Before treatment, your injector explains:

  • The areas being treated
  • Xeomin units planned for each area
  • Complete cost
  • Expected onset
  • Expected duration
  • Possible side effects
  • Aftercare
  • Follow-up timing

You can ask questions or decide not to proceed before the injections begin.

2

Complete the injections

The treatment area is cleaned, and Xeomin is placed into selected muscles with a fine needle. Most patients describe the injections as several brief pinches.

The treatment itself commonly takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Your complete appointment may take longer because it also includes consultation and assessment.

Frequently Asked

Frequently Asked Questions About Xeomin in Colleyville

Yes. Xeomin is FDA approved for temporary improvement of moderate to severe frown lines, horizontal forehead lines, and crow’s feet in adults. The three areas may be treated individually or together.

Xeomin is manufactured without complexing proteins. It is sometimes called a purified or naked toxin, though the finished medication also contains human albumin and sucrose.

No product can guarantee that resistance will not develop. Xeomin’s formula does not include complexing proteins, and pivotal studies did not show secondary loss of response caused by neutralizing antibodies. This does not prove that resistance is impossible.

Xeomin commonly begins producing visible changes within two to seven days. Individual timing varies, and the result continues developing after the first changes appear.

Results typically last approximately three to four months. Treatment area, units, muscle strength, anatomy, and individual response may affect duration.

At InjectCo's rate of $12 per unit, 20 units of Xeomin comes to $240. VIP members pay $9 per unit, so the same 20 units comes to $180. Your provider confirms the treatment area and the exact unit count at your assessment, so treat those figures as arithmetic rather than a quote.

Xeomin currently costs $12 per unit at InjectCo MedSpa Colleyville. Your total depends on the treatment areas and units recommended during consultation.

Neither product is automatically better for every patient. Xeomin and Botox use different formulations, and their units cannot be directly converted. Your anatomy, treatment history, goals, and previous response can guide the choice.

Selected patients may switch products. Tell your provider which botulinum toxin you received, the treatment date, areas, units, and result.
