Quick answer: non-surgical rhinoplasty in Dallas, TX is $1,200 per session at InjectCo MedSpa, 2520 N Carroll Ave, a 100% nurse-led clinic where our two Dallas providers place every nose filler under the medical direction of Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director. It is also called a liquid rhinoplasty or a non-surgical nose job. Results often last around 12 months, though that varies from person to person, and you hear the plan and the price before anything is injected.
Nose filler can make a nose look straighter, smoother or more lifted. It cannot make a nose smaller, narrow it, or fix breathing problems; those need a surgeon. Using filler in the nose is an off-label use, and your provider will explain what that means for you. Weighing other treatments? The med spa in Dallas page lists everything we offer.

Surgery can shave down a hump or narrow a nose. Filler can only add, so the art is in adding a little in the right places so the eye reads a smoother line. That is why a large hump, a wide nose or a nose you want made smaller is a surgical question. For filler in other areas of the face, see dermal fillers in Dallas.
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme if a result needs adjusting or a complication needs treatment. In an area as delicate as the nose, that safety net matters. Our liquid rhinoplasty treatment guide covers the technique in more depth.
At InjectCo Dallas, at the corner of North Carroll Avenue and Belmont Avenue, your provider photographs your profile, asks what bothers you, and tells you plainly if filler cannot get you there. You leave with a clear plan and a price either way.

Both providers work under the medical direction of Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director, who sets the clinical protocols for all nine InjectCo clinics in Texas, including how filler complications are handled.
In Texas, cosmetic injection is the practice of medicine. A physician may delegate it to a physician assistant or a registered nurse working under written protocols and supervision, as described in 22 Texas Administrative Code §169.25. That is how non-surgical rhinoplasty is provided at InjectCo Dallas: the physician sets the rules, and Shelby or Haya performs the treatment.

NON-DISSOLVABLE FILLERS
The photo here comes from the InjectCo results library and shows a nose filler result. The bridge reads as a smoother line and the tip sits a little higher, while the nose keeps its own character.

According to the FDA, dermal fillers are approved for adults 22 years of age or older, and only for specific uses. Off-label use is legal and common in medicine, but it means the product was not studied for that area when it was approved. The FDA’s dermal fillers page (content current as of July 2023) lists the nose with the area between the eyebrows, the area around the eyes, the forehead and the neck as unapproved uses, and names blocked blood vessels as the most serious risk.
Less than most people expect. The nose usually needs only small amounts of filler, placed a little at a time at one or more points along the bridge or tip.
Using more filler does not mean a better result. In the nose, extra product adds width and raises risk, so your provider places only what the profile needs.
Some people need one small correction and stop there.
Others benefit from a light second step at the follow-up, once the first result has settled.
Before anything is injected, you will know the plan and the price.
Approved patients can begin treatment the same day and pay over time instead of all at once.
How it works: apply online with CareCredit or Cherry in a few minutes, get a decision on the spot, then bring your approval to your appointment. Our team can help you compare options during your consultation and apply on the day if you prefer.
Terms and rates are set by the financing provider. Your nurse will walk you through your total cost, including any financing fee, before anything is booked.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is $1,200 per session. If you are also thinking about the chin, cheeks or lips, the calculator gives a starting estimate for filler syringes and Botox units by area, so you can bring a full picture to your Dallas consultation.
Tap the areas you are thinking about and see an instant estimate. It takes about a minute.
The estimate is a starting point. Your provider confirms products and amounts after seeing your face.

What is normal. For the first 1 to 2 days the nose can look slightly swollen or pink, and a small bruise is possible where the needle went in. The skin may feel tender when you touch it. Sleeping on your back for the first night helps avoid pressure on the nose.

What is not normal. Pain that keeps building, skin on the nose that turns pale or dusky, a lace-like purple pattern or any change in your vision can mean filler is affecting a blood vessel. It is rare, and it needs care right away.
Call us at (214) 216-1033 or get emergency care if you notice any of these. The full list is in the Important Safety Information below.

Nose filler can smooth a small bump on the bridge, lift a tip that droops, raise a low bridge, fill small dips and make a slight lean look straighter. It cannot make a nose smaller, narrow it or fix breathing problems, because filler only adds volume.
Results often last around 12 months, but it varies from person to person and with the filler used. Some people keep a result longer. A small top-up can be planned when you notice the change fading.
Common effects are mild swelling, redness, tenderness and bruising for a few days. The rare but serious risk is filler blocking a blood vessel, which can damage skin or, very rarely, affect vision. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved, and our team keeps the enzyme on hand. Using filler in the nose is off-label.
Filler suits small changes to the look of the profile, with little recovery time and a temporary result. Surgery suits people who want a smaller or narrower nose, a large hump removed or a breathing problem fixed. Your provider will tell you honestly which group you are in.
A session of nose filler is $1,200 at InjectCo Dallas. The total is confirmed at your consultation, and payment plans may be available.
Shelby, PA-C, a physician assistant, and Haya Jayne, BSN, RN, a registered nurse, both perform non-surgical rhinoplasty at our Dallas clinic, under the medical direction of Dr. Josh Allen, D.O., Medical Director.
Most people feel pressure and a few quick pinches. A numbing cream is used first and most hyaluronic acid fillers contain lidocaine. There is little downtime: mild swelling or redness usually fades within a few days, and most people go back to work the same day.
Yes, when hyaluronic acid filler is used. An enzyme called hyaluronidase can break it down if the result needs adjusting or a complication needs treatment. Fillers made from other materials cannot be dissolved this way.
Sometimes, but it needs extra caution. Surgery leaves scar tissue and changes the blood supply inside the nose, which can raise the risk. Tell your provider about any past nose surgery or injury; she may advise against filler or suggest you talk to your surgeon first.
Only if too much is used. Because filler adds volume, a careful plan uses small amounts placed where they change the line of the profile. Done that way, most people see a nose that looks straighter or more lifted rather than larger.
Yes. Our Dallas clinic sits at 2520 N Carroll Ave, Dallas, TX 75204, in Old East Dallas, roughly 0.3 miles east of US-75. It is open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. To book a consultation, call or text (214) 216-1033.
Come with a clean face if you can, skip alcohol the day before, and bring a list of your medicines. Tell us about blood thinners, cold sores, past nose surgery or injury and any earlier filler. Book at least 2 weeks before a big event so the result has time to settle.
No filler is FDA-approved for the nose. Hyaluronic acid fillers are FDA-approved for other areas, and the FDA lists injection into the nose as an unapproved use, so non-surgical rhinoplasty is off-label. Your provider will explain what that means before treatment.

Most nose filler problems come from too much product, placed too fast, by someone who did not first study the profile.
At InjectCo Dallas, your provider looks at your nose from every angle, tells you what filler can and cannot change, and confirms the $1,200 session price before anything is injected.
Doors open at 8:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM every day. For a quick question first, call or text (214) 216-1033.
No dermal filler is FDA-approved for the nose. Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses an FDA-approved hyaluronic acid filler off-label, and your provider will confirm this with you before treatment. The FDA explains approved uses and risks on its dermal fillers page.
Because non-surgical rhinoplasty uses hyaluronic acid filler, an unwanted result or a complication can usually be treated by dissolving it, sometimes over more than one session. Our team keeps hyaluronidase on hand for that reason.
Filler can, rarely, enter or block a blood vessel. On the nose this can damage the skin and, very rarely, cause vision loss or blindness. It needs treatment straight away, usually by dissolving the filler. Infection and delayed lumps can also occur.
These signs are time-critical. Call us at (214) 216-1033 or get emergency care straight away.
Tell your provider about your health, medicines, allergies and any earlier nose surgery, injury or filler before your first session. More detail is in our liquid rhinoplasty treatment guide. This page is general education, not medical advice.
