Genniel, RN
InjectCo is Austin's 100% nurse-led clinic for the liquid BBL, with more than 10,000 treatments performed across nine Texas locations. We are on the East 6th Street corridor in the Holly neighborhood, between Robert T. Martinez Jr. Street and Pedernales Street.
If you know the H-E-B on East 7th Street, we are a few blocks south of it.
From $5,999 as a package. This is a collagen-building treatment, not a fat transfer, and it works gradually.

A liquid BBL uses an injectable collagen stimulator, most often Sculptra, placed in the buttocks to add gradual volume and improve shape.
It is not a surgical Brazilian butt lift. No fat is moved, there is no operating room and no general anaesthetic. It is also not a substitute for one. The volume change from injectables is modest compared with surgery, and if you want a dramatic result a plastic surgeon is the honest referral.
Two things to understand before booking.
It is gradual and it is a series. Sculptra works by stimulating your own collagen over weeks. Most patients need several sessions spaced weeks apart, and the final shape takes months to arrive.
Using a collagen stimulator in the buttocks is an off-label use. That is common in aesthetics and does not mean unsafe, but you should know it rather than find out later.
Like any injectable, this carries risks including swelling, bruising, tenderness, lumps or nodules under the skin, asymmetry, and less commonly infection or injury to a blood vessel. Your nurse will go through these with you before anything is placed.
Your treatment is placed by Genniel, RN, a Clinical Aesthetic Nurse Injector at our East 6th Street clinic. She treats Austin patients through the week.
Collagen stimulators need even distribution and correct dilution, so this is a technique-dependent treatment rather than a volume-dependent one. Genniel will tell you plainly if your goal needs surgery rather than injectables. A physician backs the clinical team.
InjectCo is 100% nurse-led. Every the Liquid BBL appointment is handled by a trained nurse with physician oversight, so you are working with someone who understands both the clinical side of the treatment and the Austin community they serve.

Approved patients can begin treatment the same day and pay over time instead of all at once.
How it works: apply online with CareCredit or Cherry in a few minutes, get a decision on the spot, then bring your approval to your appointment. Our team can help you compare options during your consultation and apply on the day if you prefer.
Terms and rates are set by the financing provider. Your nurse will walk you through your total cost, including any financing fee, before anything is booked.
Most Austin patients want a number before they arrive. Your nurse assesses this in person and gives you a realistic range to plan around.
Pick your treatment areas and get an instant unit and cost estimate. It takes about a minute and gives you a realistic number to bring to your Austin assessment.

Most plans use more than one treatment, sequenced rather than stacked into one visit. Your nurse maps the whole plan first so each step supports the next.

A liquid BBL at InjectCo MedSpa Austin starts at $5,999 as a package. This price covers the injectables and the placement by a licensed nurse injector across the sessions your plan needs. Your exact cost depends on how much volume you want since a liquid BBL uses a lot of product over a large area. You always see the price before any treatment begins, with no hidden fees.
A liquid BBL is a medical procedure and carries real risks. The common ones are swelling, bruising and tenderness. Less commonly, patients can develop lumps or nodules, asymmetry, infection, or injury to a blood vessel. Placing a collagen stimulator in the buttocks is an off-label use of the product.
It does avoid the specific risks of a surgical Brazilian butt lift, because there is no fat transfer and no general anaesthetic. That does not make it risk free. At InjectCo every treatment is placed by a licensed registered nurse under physician oversight, and your nurse reviews the full risk list with you at your assessment.
Most patients see results for around two years, though this varies with how much product is used and how your own body responds. Because it works by building your own collagen rather than adding a filler that sits in place, the result fades gradually rather than disappearing. Individual results vary.
A surgical BBL moves fat from one part of your body to your buttocks in an operating room, with real recovery time and higher risk. A liquid BBL uses injectable filler to add volume and lift without surgery, with some swelling and bruising to expect. The non-surgical version gives a more gradual, subtle change.
The common side effects are swelling, tenderness and small bruises where the product was placed, and these usually settle within a few days. Less common but more serious effects include lumps or nodules under the skin, asymmetry, infection, and injury to a blood vessel. Your nurse reviews all of these with you before you consent to treatment.
A liquid BBL usually takes more than one session, spaced a few weeks apart, because it builds your own collagen over time. The exact number of sessions depends on your goal and how much volume you want. Your nurse builds the plan at your consultation so you know what to expect from the start. Spreading the treatment across sessions makes the result look natural.
Botox is a wrinkle relaxer that softens the muscles behind expression lines on the upper face. Dermal filler is a gel or biostimulator that adds volume and structure, which is what shapes the buttocks in a liquid BBL. Many patients also combine Botox and filler on the face in a single visit, often called a liquid facelift.
A liquid BBL is worth it for patients who want more shape and lift without surgery and are happy with a gradual, natural result. It costs less than surgery and has little downtime, but it also gives a more subtle change. Your nurse will set clear expectations at your consultation so you can decide if it is the right choice for your goal and budget.
Yes, softening hip dips is a common reason patients choose a liquid BBL. Your nurse places injectable filler in the dip so the curve of your hip and buttock looks smoother and more even. The change builds gradually as collagen forms. We will show you what is realistic for your body at your consultation, and there is no pressure to treat more than you want.
A liquid BBL is a months-long, staged treatment rather than one appointment. The assessment is where you find out whether injectables can realistically get you where you want to go, or whether surgery is the better answer.
Evening and weekend slots at the Austin clinic fill first.
Treatment at InjectCo MedSpa Austin is performed by licensed registered nurses under physician supervision. A Liquid BBL uses collagen-stimulating injectables and is not a surgical fat transfer. Sculptra and Radiesse are not reversible.
Known risks include swelling, bruising, tenderness, lumps or firm areas, and asymmetry. Rare but serious risks include vascular occlusion. Tell your provider about all medications, blood thinners and any previous treatment in the area.
Results vary between individuals depending on anatomy, the product selected and the amount placed. Results build gradually over a series of sessions and are not equivalent to surgical augmentation.
Individual results vary. This treatment may not be suitable for everyone. Consult your medical provider.
