Colleyville Boulevard is State Highway 26, which runs southwest to northeast through the middle of town. TxDOT rebuilt this stretch to six lanes with raised medians and continuous sidewalks, so the approach is straightforward from either direction. The Whole Foods at Colleyville Downs sits about a mile and a half south of us on the same road. Parking is surface level and directly outside the door.

Grapevine is about 14 minutes from our Colleyville Boulevard clinic, a straight run down SH-26. Southlake is 10 minutes, Bedford 12, Hurst and Euless 16, Coppell 16, and Keller about 20. Patients also come from Westlake, Richland Hills and Las Colinas.
